1. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older, excluding residents of South Australia (SA) and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
A valid Australian residential address (excluding SA and ACT) must be provided to claim the prize.
Employees of PERGOLUX and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter

All valid entries will be pooled for the final draw. Entrants may only enter once per email address and social media account. Duplicate or ineligible entries will not be counted.
3. The Prize
One winner will receive a PERGOLUX Pergola (3x3m) in their choice of anthracite grey or white, with a retail value of over $7,000 AUD.
Freight/shipping is not included and must be organised and paid for by the winner.
The pergola is designed for easy self-assembly. Professional installation is not included.
The winner may choose to upgrade to a larger pergola or add accessories (e.g. slatted walls, heaters, pull-down screens). If so:
The price difference must be paid by the winner.
All upgrades and extras will be charged at their recommended retail price (RRP), not discounted or promotional pricing.
If the winner purchases a pergola during the competition period and is later drawn as the winner, PERGOLUX will refund the base pergola cost (excluding freight and extras).
4. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random using an electronic draw system (e.g. Google’s random number generator).
The draw will occur at the end of September 2025, and the winner will be publicly announced via PERGOLUX’s official Instagram and Facebook pages.
If the selected winner does not meet all eligibility requirements (including residency) or does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
5. General Terms
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Entrants may be required to verify their age and Australian residency (excluding SA and ACT).
PERGOLUX reserves the right to amend the competition or its terms if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
By entering, entrants consent to PERGOLUX publicly sharing their first name and/or social media handle if selected as the winner.
