By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
COMPETITION PERIOD
The Competition will commence on 26/06/2025 at 5pm AEST and end on 18/09/2025 at 7:00PM Australian Eastern Standard Time.
ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS
Entry is open to any person that:
is an Australian resident permanently residing in any Australian state or territory; and
is over 18 years of age.
(Eligible Entrants).
Each person that complies with clause 3(a) will be an “Eligible Entrant” for the purposes of these terms and conditions.
Each Eligible Entrant must read and agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the Platform, available here:
www.coinxchange.com.au/privacy-policy.
There is no maximum number of entries per Eligible Entrant for the duration of the Competition.
COSTS
The Competition requires no purchase or payment to enter. Eligible Entrants are responsible for all expenses to submit an entry.
SUBMITTING AN ENTRY
To enter the Competition, Eligible Entrants must subscribe to the Coinxchange email list and receive 1 entry in the Competition.
Eligible Entrants may gain the following additional entries into the Competition for each criteria satisfied below:

Eligible Entrants may obtain an unlimited number of entries into the Competition by satisfying the Competition criteria in clause 5(a) and clause 5(b).
Once the Eligible Entrant has submitted an entry in accordance with clause 5(a) and clause 5(b) an entry will only be taken to have been officially accepted by Coinxchange and Downies as a valid entry once we have provided express confirmation to the Eligible Entrant via our giveaway software. Once an entry has been accepted as a Valid Entry, no changes to or withdrawal of the Valid Entry will be permitted.
DRAW
The Competition will be run for the Competition Period, and a draw will be run on or after the End Date, where via completely random means, three of the Eligible Entrants will be selected as the first, second and third place winners.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, there is only one draw and three Winners in the Competition.
This draw will take place on 18/09/2025 at Malvern East, Vic, 3145.
An Eligible Entrant can only become the Winner of the Competition once per Competition Period.
PRIZES
The prizes that will be given to the Winners of the Competition are 1st place – ms69 2012 Red poppy $2 C-mint valued at $3,500, 2nd place - 2015 $1 War Heroes Red Poppy coin in card valued at $900 and 3rd place - 2012 Red Poppy $2 C-mint trifold valued at $500.
If applicable, the value any Prize is in Australian Dollars and all Prizes are valued by us in our sole discretion. Given the nature of the Prize, the value may change between the time of an entry to the Competition and the time that the Prize is received by the Winner.
All taxes and local government fees (excluding GST) that may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Coinxchange and Downies are not liable for any loss or damage (even if caused by negligence) as a result of any winner accepting and/or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Eligible Entrants acknowledge that Coinxchange and Downies make no promise or guarantee regarding the suitability of the Prize. If the winners have an issue or complaint with any organisation associated with the Prize, Coinxchange and Downies are not responsible for resolving the issue (though they may choose to do so).
ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
Coinxchange and Downies will announce the winners of the Prize on Coinxchange and Downies Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok pages on the Draw Date being 18/09/2025.
The Winners will also be notified by way of:
a phone call or text message on their phone number used by the Eligible Entrant to subscribe to the Coinxchange platform.
Once notified, the Winners must provide Coinxchange and Downies with their preferred postal address.
Coinxchange and Downies will arrange for the posting of the Prize via registered mail to the Winner’s Postal Addresses within 7 days of receiving confirmation of the details in clause 8(c).
PRIZE SUBSTITUTION
In the event that any part of the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Coinxchange’s and Downies control, Coinxchange and Downies may, at their absolute discretion, substitute the Prize (or the relevant part of the Prize) with a prize of equal or greater value.
The Prize is not redeemable for cash or credit under any circumstances.
UNCLAIMED PRIZES
Coinxchange and Downies will use their best endeavours to contact the winners of a Prize using the contact details provided in their entry. However, Coinxchange and Downies will not be liable for the winners’ failure to receive a notification of winning if they provided incorrect contact details..
If the Winners fail to comply with the instructions in a written Notification on claiming the Prize within 1 month from the End Date, the following will occur:
all of the Winner’s entries will be disqualified, and they will not be entitled to the applicable Prize; and
the Prize will be redrawn 1 month after the end date which will be 18/10/2025 at 7pm AEST.
The location of this draw will be Malvern East, Melbourne, Victoria, 3145.
