To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

follow the prompts to the promotion entry page;
input the requested details including full name, valid email address, mobile number, and date of birth;
when prompted, upload a photo of the purchase receipt; and
submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
Instant winners will be notified immediately online upon submitting their entry. All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the Major Prize draw.
A "Participating Retailer" is any
IGA, Cornetts, Drakes, Farmer Jacks, Foodland, Foodworks, Fresh & Save, SPAR or Supabarn Supermarket that stocks the Eligible Products (defined below) and displays material relating to the promotion during the Promotional Period.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
only one (1) entry permitted per Eligible Product purchased;
only three (3) entries permitted per person per day; and
each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
The first valid entry drawn will win the choice of either:
an ultimate gaming set up of the Major Prize winner’s choosing valued at up to $5,000 ("Ultimate Gaming Set Up");
or
$5,000 cash, in the form of direct bank transfer to the bank account details provided by the Major Prize winner ("Major Prize"). Ultimate Gaming Set Up may include the Major Prize winner’s choice of a gaming console, a PC setup consisting of components such as TV/monitor, gaming chair, speakers, microphone and/or desk, controllers or games. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product purchased, store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The draw for the Major Prize (defined below) will take place at Tactics Marketing, Unit 9, 89 Darley Street, Mona Vale NSW 2103 on 03/09/2025 at 12:00PM AEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
