The Promoter is the Mornington Peninsula RTB Inc (ABN 74 914 131 916).
The name of the promotion is “Win A Luxury Mini Break” for your chance to win: one luxury mini break to the Mornington Peninsula
Information on how to enter and the prize for part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in “Win A Luxury Mini Break” promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must:
1. Be a Victorian Resident.
2. Be aged 18 years or over.
3. Comply with the promotion terms and conditions.
4. Employees (and their immediate family and /or those living in the same household) of the Promoter, and its related entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural of by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grand-parent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
Promotion Period
From 4.00pm Thursday 17 July 2025 to 11.59pm on Sunday, 17 August 2025 AEDT (“Promotional Period”).
How to Enter
To enter, you must complete the following during the promotion period:

Your entry will be deemed to be received at the time when it is received by the promoter.
There is no cost to enter the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entries which contravene these Terms and Conditions, including any incomplete or indecipherable entries.
Prize and Determination
The competition runs for four (4) weeks.
The competition begins at 4.00pm on Thursday 17July 2025 and ends at 11.59am on Sunday 17 August 2025.

The total Prize pool is $1,600 AUD.
The prize draw will be held, at 18 Progress Street Mornington at 9.30am Monday 18 August 2025. Prizes will be randomly allocated as a game of chance.
The Promotion will be run as a game of chance, with the winner chosen by an online random number generator.
The winners will be published on the Visit Mornington Peninsula website (
www.visitmorningtonpeninsula.org/win) & social media (@officialmorningtonpeninsula).
Prizes cannot be exchanged for goods or cash, nor can they be sold or otherwise transferred to any person.
The winner is solely responsible for any and all travel expenses that fall outside the voucher totals.
The Promoter’s determination of the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified via email on the day of the prize draw after the Promotion Period. The winner must acknowledge acceptance of and claim their Prize by replying to this email or phone call with the details requested. This must be received by the Promoter no later than 7 days after the notification.
If for any reason a winner does not acknowledge, accept and claim their Prize by the due timeframe, that Prize will be forfeited, and another winner selected and notified via email. The Promoter will have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to the winner’s spam, junk email or other security settings of for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
