Eligible entrants:
Entry is only open to Australian residents (excluding SA) who are 18 years of age or over.
How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) visit
www.thebottle-oscratchandwin.com.au, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details as requested; and
b) ‘scratch’ the virtual game card as prompted to reveal whether they have won an instant win prize (while stocks last). Instant win prizes available to be won are listed below.
Instant Prize winners will be notified on screen upon playing the virtual scratch and win game. All entries (including the Instant Prize winners) will also be entered into the draw.
The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry.
‘Bonus Day’: During the Promotional Period, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, conduct bonus entry periods. During these periods, entrants may be awarded additional entry(ies) into the Major Draw and/or additional opportunities to play for an instant prize and/or an opportunity to win the Bonus Prize (outlined below), which will be automatically provided to the entrant by the Promoter (in the form of an instant prize). The Promoter may also offer these bonus entry periods exclusively to The Bottle-O Rewards members. The timing, duration, and conditions of these bonus entry periods will be determined by the Promoter and communicated to entrants at the Promoter's discretion.
Entries permitted:
Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
a) limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day; and
b) each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.
The entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) draw prize.
Winner Determination:
Draw Prizes:
● The draw will take place at ALM, 1 Thomas Holt Drive, Macquarie Park NSW 2113, Australia at 11:00 am AEST on 16/09/25 using computerised random selection.
● The first seven (7) valid entries drawn will be the winners of the Draw Prizes specified below.
● In the case of multiple prizes, prizes will be drawn in descending order of value.
● The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
● The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.
Instant Win Prizes:
● Instant Prize winners will be notified immediately if they have won on screen upon playing the virtual scratch and win game.
● Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
● Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Conditions of Entry, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
● Instant win game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.

Further Prize Details:
Travel Prize Conditions (Draw Prizes 2 & 3)
· Travel must be taken within 12 months. Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods. If the winner is unavailable or unwilling to travel on the dates required by the Promoter, they will forfeit their right to the prize and will not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu.
· Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
· Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
· The winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.
· Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
· The prize is subject to booking and flight availability.
· Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the prize.
· Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the prize description, are not included.
· The winner may be required to present their credit card at check in.
Voucher and Gift Card Prize Conditions:
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a voucher/gift card are not included. Any unused balance of a voucher/gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a voucher/gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher/gift card.
Digital Mastercard:
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Digital Mastercard are not included. The Digital Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Digital Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited. Eligible customers will not receive notice prior to expiry. The Digital Mastercard is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited (ABN 30 131 436 532) AFSL 404131 pursuant to license by Mastercard. Winner notification:
The Instant Prize winners will be notified on screen upon playing the virtual scratch and win game.
The Draw Prize winners will be contacted in writing within seven (7) days of the draw and Draw Prize and Bonus Prize winners will be published at

Unclaimed Prizes:
Draw Prizes and Bonus Prize must be claimed by 11:00 am AEDT on 17/10/25. In the event of any unclaimed Draw Prizes and/or Bonus Prize, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at ALM, 1 Thomas Holt Drive, Macquarie Park NSW 2113, Australia at 11:00 am AEDT on 20/10/25. The winner(s) of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted in writing within seven (7) days. Draw Prize and Bonus Prize unclaimed prize draw winners will be published at
