TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in Win Cirque du Soleil tickets with RACQ promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion is conducted by Urban List Pty Ltd ACN 142 505 897 as trustee for The Urban List Trust (ABN 56 349 266 482) (“Promoter”).
The Promotion is open to all QLD residents aged 18 and over who are current RACQ members and who enter in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Employees of the Promoter, and its related entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
How to Enter
The Promotion period commences Monday 28 July at 9:00AM and ends Thursday 21 August at 4:00PM. (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, individuals must tag at least one friend in the comment section of the competition post and be following both @racqofficial and @urbanlistbne or @urbanlistsc or @urbanlistgc. during the Promotional Period.
There is no cost to enter the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entries which contravene these Terms and Conditions, including any incomplete or indecipherable entries.
To be eligible to win, entrants must be verified RACQ members. The winner will be required to provide their name, email address, phone number, and membership number for verification purposes. These details will be securely shared with RACQ.
Determining and Notifying the Winner(s)
Selection of the winner(s) will take place at the Sydney office of the Promoter, 8 Hill Street, Surry Hills, NSW, 2010 at 10:00AM AEST on Friday 22 August.
This Promotion will run as a game of chance. All eligible entries shall be placed into the draw, with the winner(s) chosen by an online random number generator.
The Promoter’s determination of the winner(s) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner(s) will be notified via Instagram.. The winner must email
mdavid@theurbanlist.com and acknowledge acceptance of and claim their Prize with details requested. This must be received by the Promoter no later than Friday 29 August.
If for any reason a winner does not acknowledge, accept and claim their Prize by Friday 29 August, that Prize will be forfeited, and another winner selected at 2pm AEST on Monday 1 September..
The Promoter will have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk email or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
The Prize
The prize details are as below:
20 (twenty) x VIP Cirque du Soleil Experiences to the value of approximately $1,000 AUD. Total prize pool valued at approximately $20,000.
The VIP Cirque du Soleil Experience consists of:
4 (four) x concert tickets in the RACQ VIP Members Suite on 20, 27 or 28 September
2 (two) x VIP car parks
Complimentary food and beverage package
Exclusive access to the RACQ Members Lounge pre-show
Prize terms and conditions:
All Prize redemptions are also subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the supplier (for example, the accommodation, restaurant, tour operator etc.).
Prizes cannot be exchanged for goods or cash, nor can they be sold or otherwise transferred to any person.
The winner is solely responsible for any and all travel expenses that fall outside the $1,000 AUD total prize value.
All additional meals, beverages, tips or any other extras not stated in the confirmed Prize package are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner is solely responsible for determining who to share the Prize with.
