2. Promotion commences on Thursday 14 August at 00:01 and closes 17 August 2025 at 23:59 AEST (Promotion Period). No entries will be accepted after this time.
3. To be eligible for the prize draw, participants must: (i) Be Australian residents who are Afterpay account holders, aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, (ii) A customer must book an eligible flight, hotel, or holiday package booking at Webjet, use Afterpay & enter promo code AFTERPAYWIN at checkout during the promotion period.
4. Directors, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter and those of any agencies, retailers and suppliers associated with this Promotion and the immediate family members of these people are ineligible to enter.
5. Multiple entries allowed.
6. The prize draw will take place on Tuesday 09 September 2025 at 10:00 AEST at Webjet Marketing Pty Ltd, Level 2, 509 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria.
7. The first valid entry/entries drawn will receive a AUD$2,500 Webjet eGift Card. Total prize pool valued at $2,500.
8. The Gift Cards are governed by Webjet's Gift Card Terms and Conditions, available here:
www.webjet.com.au/standalone/gift-card-terms/. By accepting the prize, the winners agree to the eGift Card Terms and Conditions.
9. The winner/s will be notified by telephone and/ or in writing via email using the details provided at the time of booking by Tuesday 9 September 2025, and the winner will be published online.
10. Please allow up to 5 business days after the Draw Date for the Webjet eGift Card to be sent to the email provided at the time of the eligible booking.
11. Any bookings made and cancelled before Monday 8 September 2025 will not be eligible for this promotion.
12. The Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to contact an entrant selected as winner, but accepts no responsibility if an entrant cannot be contacted.
13. If necessary in order to distribute any prize which is not claimed by Tuesday 7 October 2025 – 28 days after prize is drawn, a second chance draw will be conducted on Wednesday 8 October 2025, at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any written directions given by any relevant regulatory authority. Winning entries from the original draw will not be eligible to win unclaimed prizes. The winner/s will be notified by telephone and/ or in writing via email via the details provided at the time of booking on Wednesday 8 October 2025.
14. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize, or any element of it, as stated.
15. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter excludes all liability for loss or damage suffered or incurred by any person arising in any way out of or in connection with the promotion, the provision of any prizes, use or participation in any of the prizes or the marketing of the promotion.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries in its absolute discretion.
17. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the details provided by entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence).
