1. Promoter:
The Promoter is Fincob Pty Ltd (ABN 86 701 541 017) c/o

Macquarie Fields NSW 2564. Phone: (02) 9829 6377.
2. Promotion Period:
The Promotion commences at 9:00am AEDT on Friday 22nd
August 2025 and concludes at 5:00pm AEDT on Thursday
4th September 2025.
3. Eligibility:
• Entry is open to all eligible customers aged 18 years or older.
• Employees, directors, officers and management of the
Promoter, any related bodies corporate of the Promoter,
or any of the tenants or retailers in Glenquarie Town Centre,
or any of the Promoter’s associated agencies, as well as
their immediate families (spouse, de facto spouse, parent,
child or sibling) are ineligible to enter.
4. How to Enter:
• Eligible individuals must make a purchase of $25 or more
in a single transaction at one of the participating stores
listed below or $75.00 or more at Woolworths during the
Promotion Period.
• Entrants must complete the entry form, attach the receipt
and submit it to the competition barrel by 5:00pm on
Thursday 4th September 2025.
• Participants may enter multiple times, provided each
entry includes a valid new receipt meeting the entry
requirements.
5. Participating Retailers:

Centre Fresh, Chic Trends, Morning Kick Café, Sunny Massage,

LT Fashion, Home Supermart, Pho 81, Ck Kebabs, Spices
Kitchen, Hair Challenge, Trend It Up, The Fields Chicken Shop,
Crystal Smile Dental, Surprise Good Gifts, Noodle Paradise,
Subway, Raissis Hair Fashions, Eva Beaute Nails, Samis Sweets,
Tres Bon Bakehouse, BWS, Anytime Fitness, Gloria Jeans,
V8 Carwash And Woolworths (Minimum Spend $75).
6. Ineligible Purchases:
• Receipts from the purchase of tobacco, lottery tickets,
gift cards or bill payments are not accepted as part of this
promotion.
• Receipts using After Pay, Klarna, Zip Pay or purchases
made via a similar service are not accepted as part of
this Promotion.
7. Prize Draw:
• The draw will take place at 10:00am on Friday 5th
September 2025 at Glenquarie Town Centre.
• 3 winners will be randomly selected from the pool of valid
entries received during the relevant entry period.
• Each winner will receive a credit for $200.00 for Belhanna
Meats and a $500.00 Woolworths gift card.
• The total prize pool is valued at $2,100.00.
8. Winner Notification:
• Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email after
the draw.
• Winner details will be published on the Glenquarie Town
Centre website, Facebook page & Instagram.
• Prizes Details will be emailed, and a copy can be redeemed
from the Centre Management Office at 14 Brooks Street,
Macquarie Fields NSW 2564 during opening hours – Monday
– Friday 9am- 5pm AEST.
9. Unclaimed Prizes:
• If a prize remains unclaimed, a redraw will be conducted
within 7 days of the original draw.
10. General:
• Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of
entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry
process or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues or
delays that may prevent an entry from being received.
• If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable due to
reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter
at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize
(or that part of the prize) with a prize or part of a prize with
an equal or higher value and/or specification, subject to any
written directions from a regulatory authority.
• Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable
or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless
otherwise specified by the Promoter.
• Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s
name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a
winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the
same) in any media without remuneration for the purpose
of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and
promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or
supplied by the Promoter or the Promoter’s retailer(s).
• Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website
is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet
service provider used. The use of any automated entry software
or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an
entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and
will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
• Your entry must be received during the Promotion Period
and will be deemed to be received only when received by the
Promoter. You are responsible for your own costs associated
with entering. If you enter using multiple phone numbers/
email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.
• The Promoter (including their respective officers, employees
and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence),
for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including
loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion,
including without limitation:
a. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction.
b. any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference.
c. any entry or correspondence that is late, lost, altered,
damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the
reasonable control of the Promoter.
d. any variation in the prize value to that stated in these

e. any tax liability incurred by an entrant or winner; or
