1. General
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the competition ("Competition") conducted by Brisbane Festival, WTH Operations – The Inchcolm Hotel and ARD Operation Pty Limited.
1.2. By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Competition is open to all residents of or visitors to Australia aged 18 years and over.
2.2. Employees, directors, and officers of Brisbane Festival and WTH Operations – The Inchcolm Hotel and ARD Operation Pty Limited, their immediate families, and any agencies or companies associated with the Competition are ineligible to enter.
3. Competition Entry
3.1. The Competition entry period begins on Tuesday 5 August 2025 and ends on Tuesday 26 August 2025 ("Entry Period").
3.2. To enter the Competition, participants must submit an entry form.
3.3. Multiple entries will not be counted. Each participant is limited to one eligible entry.
3.4. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or indecipherable will be deemed invalid.
4. Prize
4.1. The prize consists of one (1) night accommodation at The Inchcolm, two (2) tickets to Gatsby at the Green Light, twp (2) pre-show cocktails at the 12th Night Theatre, one (1) Archie Rose Spirits Pack (including: one (1) Signature Dry Gin, one (1) Single Malt Whisky and one (1) Native Botanical Vodka all 700ml bottles).
4.3. The Prize must be taken as offered and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives in whole or in part.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
5.2. The draw will take place on Monday 1 September 2025.
5.3. The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw.
5.4. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of the notification, Brisbane Festival and WTH Operations – The Inchcolm Hotel and ARD Operation Pty Limited reserve the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
6. Prize Redemption
6.1. The winner must claim the Prize within 24 hours of being notified.
6.2. The Prize will be arranged by Brisbane Festival and WTH Operations – The Inchcolm Hotel and ARD Operation Pty Limited, and the date of the experience will be subject to availability.
7. Use of Personal Information
7.1. By entering the Competition, participants consent to Brisbane Festival and WTH Operations – The Inchcolm Hotel and ARD Operation Pty Limited using their personal information for the purpose of conducting the Competition and awarding the Prize.
7.2. Brisbane Festival and WTH Operations – The Inchcolm Hotel and ARD Operation Pty Limited may use the winner's name, image, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.
7.3 By entering the Competition, participants consent to Brisbane Festival and WTH Operations – The Inchcolm Hotel and ARD Operation Pty Limited using their personal information for the purpose of sending personalised marketing information regarding future events that may be relevant to the participant.
8. Liability
8.1. Brisbane Festival and WTH Operations – The Inchcolm Hotel and ARD Operation Pty Limited shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant as a result of entering the Competition or accepting and using the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8.2. Brisbane Festival and WTH Operations – The Inchcolm Hotel and ARD Operation Pty Limited reserve the right to amend or cancel the Competition if an event beyond their control corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Competition.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from the Competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
