Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App and listen to either the radio or a podcast episode. They must be a registered, logged in user and must be opted-in to marketing promotions and competition entry via the tick-box on the registration page.

Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website and listen to either the radio or a podcast episode. They must be a registered, logged in user and must be opted-in to marketing promotions and competition entry via the tick-box on the registration page.

Prize Draw and Answer a Call Live On-Air
All valid Nova Player App and Website Entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed into a Draw, as set out below under Draw Details.
In accordance with the Draw Details below:
(a) The Promoter will conduct the Prize Draw and contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn first in the Prize Draw (Drawn Entrant) on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number)
(b) if the Drawn Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be deemed a winner and awarded the Prize (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter);
(c) if the Drawn Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (b) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn next in the Prize Draw (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) in the same manner as outlined above;
(d) this process will be repeated until a Drawn Entrant successfully answers their phone in accordance with clause (b) above.
This process will be repeated until up to four (4) Drawn Entrants successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (c) above.
For the avoidance of doubt, there will be four (4) Drawn Entrants deemed winners and awarded a Prize.
9.
Entry Restrictions
Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for the Prize and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
• Between 10:00am AEST and 8:00pm AEST on Monday 1 September 2025
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been drawn as a Drawn Entrant or a winner and they may not be invited to appear on-air or be awarded a Prize.
Replacing Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant.
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.

Draw Details

There will be one (1) draw conducted as follows:
• By 9:00am AEST Monday 1 September 2025 at the Promoter’s premises.
The first four (4) valid entries drawn will be contacted by the Promoters in accordance with the Entry Method.
11.
Prize
Clauses 8 – 15
There are four (4) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• Two (2) x tickets to Lorde Ultrasound World Tour, to be shared by the winner and one (1) companion, to one of the below concerts (to be determined by the Promoter in their sole and absolute discretion) with the date and venue of the concert to be confirmed by the Promoter at the time of winning (Event). Each ticket is valued at up to AUD $109.90 (incl. GST);
o BRISBANE: Brisbane Entertainment Centre (1 Melaleuca Dr, Boondall QLD 4034), Monday 16 February 2026
o SYDNEY: Qudos bank Arena (19 Edwin Flack Ave, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127), Wednesday 18 February 2026
o MELBOURNE: Rod Laver Arena (200 Batman Ave, Melbourne VIC 3004), Saturday 21 February 2026
o PERTH: RAC Arena (700 Wellington St, Perth WA 6000), Wednesday 25 February 2026 Each Prize is valued at up to AUD $219.80 (incl. GST).
If a Prize winner resides in VIC, NSW, WA or QLD, they will be awarded tickets to their nearest capital city in the state they ordinarily reside.
Domestic Travel Prize
If the Prize winner ordinary resides in SA, the Prize winner will be awarded a Domestic Travel Prize, provided that their state’s border restrictions permit travel into either NSW, VIC, WA or QLD as required to attend the Event.
For the avoidance of doubt, a Prize winner will not be awarded the Domestic Travel Prize if their ordinary state of residence is in VIC, NSW, WA or QLD.
The Domestic Travel Prize will comprise of the following:
• Two (2) x adult economy return airfares for the winner and one (1) companion from the winner’s nearest capital city in the state they ordinarily reside to Sydney, New South Wales (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges), each valued at up to AUD $400 (incl. GST);
• One (1) x night in a twin share room to be shared by the winner and their companion at a minimum three (3) star accommodation to be determined and specified by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion), valued at up to $200 (incl, GST).
The Domestic Travel Prize is valued at up to AUD $1,000 (incl. GST).
It is the Domestic Travel Prize winner’s responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point. There is no transfer component included in the Domestic Travel Prize.
12.
Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on specific dates
Entrants and their companion (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on the date and at the location of the Event, as advised by the Promoter at the time of winning (in the Promoters sole and absolute discretion).
Event Cancellation
In the event the Event is cancelled, or any part of the Event is cancelled or not provided by the Prize Supplier, no alternative Prize will be provided for the Event component of the Prize.
Dates are subject to change
Dates and schedules of the Prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes or if the Event is cancelled by the Event organiser for any reason.
Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
COVID-19
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not or are not able to take the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
Prize Supplier Terms and Conditions
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to any venue terms of entry and/or ticket and voucher terms and conditions.
No Transfer Component
Winners and their companions must make their own way to and from the Event. There is no transfer component as part of the Prize.
Details will be revealed at time of winning
For the avoidance of doubt, the time and date of the Event is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter and will be revealed to entrants at the time of winning.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 12:00pm AEDT Monday 1 December 2025 at the Promoter’s premises.
19.
Additional Conditions
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of events and any costs incurred as a result will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions. In the event that one or more event or activity is no longer available, the remainder of the Prize shall constitute the complete and total Prize.
