Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this document (‘Terms and Conditions’).
The promoter is The Polygon Group Pty Ltd trading as Sportcorp Australia (ABN: 98 066 641 325) ('Polygon') of 106 Ashley St, Torrensville SA 5031.
The promotional period commences at 08.30AM (AEST), 07/08/2025 and ends at 11.59PM (AEST) 04/09/2025.
Entry is open to Australian residents, 18 years or older only (Eligible Entrants).
Entry Criteria:
a. To be eligible to enter the draw, Eligible Entrants must complete the entry and subscribe form via
https://mailchi.mp/polygongroup/sportcorp-giveaway-sign-ups during the promotion period, commencing at 08.30AM (AEST), 07/08/2025 and ends at 11:59PM (AEST) 04/09/2025.
b. Eligible entries will receive one (1) entry into the draw.
Entries received after the closing time and date will not be accepted.
Prize Details:
a. The winner drawn will win free Preloved Wahoo KICKR v5 Direct-Drive Smart Trainer.
There is one (1) prize to be won valued at $1275. Total prize pool is a maximum of $1275.
One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries using an auto-generated program called Miniwebtool.
10. The prize draw will be held at 10:00AM (AEST) 08/09/2025 at Polygon, 106 Ashley St, Torrensville SA 5031.
11. The winner will be notified by 4:00PM (AEST) 09/09/2025 by email and phone (where feasible).
12. Should the winner be uncontactable within a 48-hour period from prize draw or unable to accept the prize, an additional winner will be selected from all non-winning entries.
13. Issuing and redemption of prizes to the winner:
a. Winners will receive delivery of the prize within 14 days of the prize draw date.
14. The Promotor is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.
15. The Promotor is not liable and does not accept responsibility for: a participant’s entry that is not received or which is received and subsequently corrupt or rejected.
16. The prize (or any part thereof) is not transferable or exchangeable for other goods or services, nor can it be redeemed for cash. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts the conditions of that prize.
17. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
18. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that all information supplied is accurate. Entrants must ensure that all care is taken when submitting entries into this promotion. It is the entrant’s responsibility to enter the correct details. The Promoter will not be liable for any consequences of user error.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who supplies invalid information that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
20. The Promoter is not responsible for any error, omission or failure to deliver agreed goods or services provided by suppliers or contractors.
21. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property arising out of or in connection with the competition or the competition prize, either during or after the competition.
22. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. The Promoter (subject to State and Territory Legislation) reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this competition if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition.
24. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or any other aspect of this competition. In particular, website entries using “scripting” for multiple entries will not be accepted.
25. Employees and immediate families of the promoter and its agencies and suppliers and contractors to this competition are not eligible to enter. For the purpose of this competition, immediate families is defined as Mother, Father, sister, brother, spouse (including de facto), offspring, living in the same premises.
26. The Promoter will collect your name and contact details in order to include you in this promotion.
27. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Without limiting the foregoing, entrants' personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Statement.
28. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
