Terms and Conditions of Entry
The Promoter is Better Pets and Gardens Pty Ltd ABN 77 117 248 405 of 3/673 Marshall Road, Malaga WA 6090.
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you cannot participate in the competition or be eligible for any prizes offered in the competition. Any entry not complying with the Terms and Conditions is invalid.
Entry into the promotion is open to Western Australian residents who are aged 18 years and over.
Employees, suppliers and immediate families of Better Pets and Gardens and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Terms and conditions will be published on the BPAG website at
https://www.betterpetsandgardens.com.au/terms-conditions/ The competition commences 8.00am (Perth time) on Tuesday 9 September 2025 and closes at close of business on Monday, 29 September 2025.
HOW TO ENTER
A person may enter the Competition by purchasing any Cherish Dog or Cat Food (excluding treats) at a participating Better Pets and Gardens store during the promotional period.
Completing an official entry form in full, including name, phone number, email, and address.
Stapling the original purchase receipt to the entry form.
Placing the completed entry into the entry barrel provided in-store.
All details must be completed, and a valid receipt attached for the entry to be valid.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incorrectly entered or misdirected entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
PRIZE
There are two $500 Better Pets and Gardens vouchers to be won per store. A total of 12 across the group.
The prize cannot be taken as cash.
If the prize is transferred, it is subject to the transferee being bound by these terms and conditions as they apply to the entrant of the promotion themselves.
The prize must be collected in person at the store of entry (where the original purchase was made), unless otherwise agreed with the Promoter. Photo identification will be required on pickup.
THE DRAW
Each draw will take place at the respective store by barrel draw at 10am on Tuesday, 30 September 2025.
The public is welcome to attend.
No further correspondence or negotiation will be entered into.
The winner will be contacted by phone or email provided on the entry form within 15 business days of the draw and may be announced on the BPAG website or other advertising platforms.
SUSPENSION/TERMINATION
If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.
If the Prize is unclaimed because a Prize-winner cannot be contacted within 15 business days following the Draw Date or if the Promoter determines that the Prize-winner is not eligible to participate in the Promotion, the Prize may, at the Promoter’s sole discretion, be forfeited and redrawn. The Promoter is not responsible if the Prize-winner cannot be contacted within 15 business days after the Draw Date.
