These Terms and Conditions include terms that limit the Promoter’s liability to you, entitle the Promoter to use your name in connection with this promotion and permit the Promoter to disclose your personal information to third parties (in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy

You will need to accept these Terms and Conditions to participate in the promotion.
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years of age and over Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating retailers, any prize drawers and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
To enter, each entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
purchase (either online or in-store) any two (2) Viva products in a single transaction from a participating IGA, Foodland, Foodworks, Local Grocer or Supa Value store (Qualifying Purchase). A participating IGA, Foodland, Foodworks, Local Grocer or Supa Value store is any IGA, Foodland, Foodworks, Local Grocer or Supa Value store in Australia that displays material advertising this Promotion. Entrants must retain their Qualifying Purchase receipt. If a purchase receipt is not provided to them, it is the individual’s responsibility to request one;
after making a Qualifying Purchase and collecting their Qualifying Purchase receipt, visit

retain your original purchase receipt for the duration of the Promotional Period and until Prize winners are announced. We may request a clear copy of the original receipt when verifying Prize winners. Prize winners who have returned the products subject of a product receipt used to enter the Promotion, will be disqualified from claiming the Prize.

Persons who have won a prize or prizes valued either individually or collectively at more than AUD $1,000 (including GST) in any competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter, within the 12 months prior to the commencement of the Competition Period are not eligible to enter this promotion.
Persons who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win a competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter (except in the case of a legal change of name) will be disqualified.
Persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter will be disqualified.
Each entrant may win up to one Prize, other than entrants in South Australia who may win multiple (up to 3) Prizes.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time and date of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time and date of receipt.
Incomplete or indecipherable Entries (including purchase receipts that in the opinion of the Promoter are not legible or valid) will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request verification of the validity of Entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence). Verification is at the reasonable discretion of the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who the Promoter reasonably believes has provided false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Promotion, has breached any of these Conditions of Entry, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
The Promoter may in its reasonable discretion elect not to award a Prize where it suspects that a person is not the original Entrant. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 01/09/2025 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 01/10/2025 (“Promotional Period ”).
There will be a random electronic draw conducted , in the presence of an independent scrutineer, at 3pm AEST on Friday, 3rd of October 2025. Draws will be conducted at Level 2, 11 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
The first 30 valid Entries drawn randomly will win two (2) Visa eGift Cards each valued at $500 (AUD), one for the winner and one for their nominated local recreational club (The “Prize”). Total RRP value of prizes - $1,000.00. Total Prize Pool $30,000. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Promoter may draw additional reserve Entries in the draw and record them in order, in case a winning Entry/entrant is deemed invalid.
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
If any Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various authorities.
Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the relevant draw and winners (first initial, last name and postcode) will be published on

Winners should allow 28 working days for Prize delivery. Prizes will be sent by the most suitable method of delivery for the Prize (for example mail or email). The Promoter will notify the winner how they receive their Prize.
Subject to clause 17 if for any reason a winner does not redeem the Prize or a part of the Prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize or that part of the Prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that Prize or part of that Prize.
If a Prize has not been accepted or claimed by 2pm (AEDT) on the 3rd January 2026 or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by 2pm (AEDT) on the 3rd January 2026, the relevant Entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will carry out a draw, in the presence of an independent scrutineer, for any unclaimed Prizes on the 5th January 2026 at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and have their first initial, last name and postcode published on

If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, subject to approval by relevant government authorities, as appropriate.
If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion.
Without limiting any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and its agents will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any Prize except to the extent caused or contributed to by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of entering and participating in the Promotion to the extent permitted by law and except to the extent caused or contributed to by the Promoter.
It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Visa eGift Cards are redeemable at retailers with contactless payment facilities or online merchants which support Apple Pay or Google Pay (some retailers may not accept digital gift cards). See also clause 26 below.
Prize winners will receive an SMS from True Rewards Mobile Pay with an activation code and instructions on how to access their Visa® eGift Card via the App Store or Google Play. Prize winners will need to download the True Rewards App and access their Visa eGift Card and add it to their mobile wallet. Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Any dispute relating to this promotion must, prior to a person initiating litigation, be dealt with as follows. The affected person (“complainant”) will notify Kimberly-Clark Australia of the details of the dispute in writing and within 14 days of receiving this notice, the complainant and a Kimberly-Clark Australia representative will meet by videoconference to attempt to resolve the dispute. If unresolved within 30 days after that meeting, the dispute will be escalated to a more senior Kimberly-Clark Australia manager not directly involved in the promotion, who will investigate the dispute and meet by videoconference with the complainant to further attempt to resolve the dispute. If still unresolved within a further 14 days of being escalated, then the senior Kimberly-Clark Australia manager will make a final and binding decision subject to any legal proceedings initiated by the complainant.
