Set sail or pocket the cash this September/October at Panthers Port Macquarie!
From Monday 1 September to Thursday 30 October 2025, Panthers Port Macquarie members have the chance to win 1 of 6 Royal Caribbean Cruises or a share in $10,000 cash.
Each Thursday night at 7:45pm, one lucky member will be drawn from the barrel to play for the weekly prize. Be in the Club, be ready, and you could be setting sail or taking home thousands in cash!
How to Enter
Promotion is open to current financial members of Panthers Port Macquarie from 1 September 2025.
Renew your membership for 2026 (or beyond) to earn entries.
Swipe your card at the Swipe Kiosks between 9am and 7:30pm each Thursday to collect your ticket.
Drop your ticket in the marked barrel in the Promotions Area before 7:45pm.
Winners must be present on the night and have 4 minutes to present themselves to the Promotions Host with their 2026 membership card.
Important Information
Members must hold Full/Financial status to enter. Renewal or lapsed memberships are not eligible.
If a winner is not present or drawn ticket is invalid, a redraw will take place.
Promotion is limited to 8 entries per member during the promotional period.

Promotion Terms & Conditions
Promotion Name: CASH & CRUISES
Start Date: Monday 1 September 2025
End Date: Thursday 30 October 2025
Draws: At 7:45pm each Thursday, the Promotions Host will draw one (1) member from the marked
barrel. The winner will have a turn to come up and make themselves known to the Promotions Host
on the night.
Draw nights and prizes will be as follows:
Thursday 11th September – 1 Cruise
Thursday 18th September – 1 Cruise
Thursday 25th September – $5,000 Cash
Thursday 2nd October– 1 Cruise
Thursday 9th October – 1 Cruise
Thursday 16th October – 1 Cruise
Thursday 23rd October – 1 Cruise
Thursday 30th October – $5,000
How to Enter
1. Promotion is open to current financial members of Panthers Port Macquarie from 1st
September 2025.
2. Members will receive 1 ticket every Thursday after they have renewed for the chance
to win 1 of 6 Royal Caribbean Cruises and a share of $10,000 cash.
3. Membership status must be Full/Financial in order to gain entry into the promotion,
with membership valid for 2026 year and beyond.
4. Members who are in Renewal or Lapsed status are not eligible for the promotion.
5. Eligible members can swipe their card at the Swipe Kiosks between 9am and 7:30pm
on Thursday to get their ticket into the draw.
6. Up to a total of 8 weekly tickets can be claimed per member.
7. Members must place their ticket in the specially marked barrel in the Promotions
area at Panthers Port Macquarie before 7:45pm each Thursday. The barrel will close
before the draws and will be emptied after the final draw each week.
8. Winners must be in the Club at the time of the draw and present themselves to the
host in the Promotions area within 4 minutes of their name being called out and
show their 2026 onwards Panthers Membership card. If they do not meet these
requirements, then a redraw will commence.
9. If a unfinancial or lapsed member or invalid ticket is drawn, a redraw will take place
until we have a valid winner.
General
1. Limited to eight (
entries per member during the promotional period for the
Membership Renewal.
2. If a member is found to have multiple entries in the draw, they will be disqualified.
3. Replacements cannot be offered for the entries that are lost, stolen or damaged.
4. Winners must meet all terms and conditions set out in the T&C’s. (available from
Club Reception)
5. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. Employees of Penrith Rugby League Club Limited, Penrith District Rugby League
Football Club Limited, Penrith District Junior Rugby League, Panthers Foundation,
Panthers on the Prowl are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes.
7. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted
as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Club, the Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted
by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a
regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as
appropriate.
8. Prizes cannot be transferred to another member unless authorised by the promoter
and cannot be taken as cash.
9. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Club (including its
officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any
personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether
direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion,
including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical
difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Club’s control); (b)
any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize
claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their
receipt by the Club) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Club; (d)
any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax
liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
10. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
11. The Club reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants
(including an entrant’s identity, age, membership status and place of residence) and
to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be
accepted at the Club's discretion. Failure by the Club to enforce any of its rights at
any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
