1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. 2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to residents of Australia, 18 years and older, where the Channel Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited (“Promoter”), AAPC Limited (“Prize Supplier”) and their associated agencies and companies and any prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
2.3 In this clause 2, a reference to “Immediate Family Member” includes a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling.
2.4 Winner must be able to participate in the prize as stipulated in clause 4.1, to be deemed a valid Winner.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Friday 3rd October 2025 at 05:30am (AEST) and concludes on Thursday 9th October 2025 at 12.00pm (AEDT) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter, viewers must:

3.3 Entries must be received by Thursday 9th October 2025 at 12:00pm (AEDT).
3.4 Entrants may enter as many times as they like throughout the competition period.
3.5 Entrants must not be prohibited from any AAPC Limited property or establishment including all of Australia for any reason. If an Winner or any of their chosen companions is found to be prohibited from an aforementioned venue, their Prize will be deemed invalid and a valid Winner will be drawn.
3.6 The entry must be:

4.10 The Prize must be used from 10 October 2025 to 30 October 2026. If the Winner is unable to attend on these dates, for the full duration of the Prize, they will forfeit the Prize in its entirety.
4.11 The Winner must confirm the requested dates of the Prize travel by 30 September 2026.
4.12 The Winner must confirm booking of the prize with the sponsor a minimum of thirty (30)
days prior to travel dates.
4.13 The Winner must be aged 18 years and above.
4.14 The flight portion of the prize will be taken with either Virgin Australia Airlines or Qantas Airways Limited, on their economy service only. Any upgrades or changes will be at the Winners expense. Flights are subject to booking availability. The Flights are valid from the airport in the Winner’s nearest capital city, to Gold Coast (OOL) Airport or Brisbane (BNE) Airport. All flights are subject to the chosen airline’s terms and conditions.
4.15 If the Winner lives within 100KM of the Gold Coast Airport, they will forfeit the flight element of their prize. In this case, the Sponsor will provide the car hire portion of the prize from the Winner’s nearest collection location, rather than a participating airport. This is subject to hire availability.
4.16 Prize travel cannot be split. The Winner and their companions must complete the Prize together.

4.19 In the event that the guests of the Winner’s guests do not adhere to the age requirements for the 7-day unlimited family pass to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World (Seasonal entry) and SkyPoint with 4 x unlimited ride express passes, the Sponsor will provide alternate tickets/passes to ensure age requirements are met and the Winner’s guests are still able to use this portion of the prize.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be One (1) Prize Winner in total throughout the Competition Period. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the Winners.
5.2 One (1) Prize Winner will be judged from all valid entries received (online) at the conclusion of the competition. Judging will commence at 12.30pm (AEDT) on Thursday, 9th October 2025 at Seven Network Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015.
5.3 The entrant who is deemed the worthiest and submitted the most genuine entry as judged by a panel of representatives appointed by the Promoter will be awarded as the Prize Winner.
5.4 The Winner will be notified by email or by phone within two (2) business days of the prize judging. All winners will be published on
www.sunrise.com.au within two (2) business days.
5.5 The winner may be announced during broadcast of Sunrise on Seven Network, on Friday, 10th October 2025.
5.6 If required, an unclaimed prize judging will be held on Wednesday, 22 October 2025 (AEDT) at Seven Network Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015. The winner will be notified by email or by phone within two (2) working days of the unclaimed prize judging. The new winner will be published online.
5.7 The judges’ decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding
the result.
5.8 Incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
5.9 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the prize winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize requirements. Prizes are subject to the Prize Suppliers Terms and Conditions.

6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, pandemic, epidemic, government restraint, or act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, modify or suspend the competition. 6.2 The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, AAPC Limited, and their associated agencies and companies will not take any responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost, or misdirected mail.
6.3 Promoter, and prize suppliers are not responsible for any costs associated with Prize collection.
6.4 The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, AAPC Limited & affiliates and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
(a) duringthejudging;
(b) whilstundertakinganytravelwononorconnectedwiththeirentryintothecompetition;or
(c) in the participation in any prize;
(d) becauseoflate,lostormisdirectedmail;
(e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
(f) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; and
(g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
6.5 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation.
6.6 The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, orally or in writing, for the purpose of Seven’s programming, scheduling or production requirements.
6.7 The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
6.8 Seven Network (Operations) Limited assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
6.9 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
