1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the iPlay Halloween Fright Fest Competition (“Competition”) conducted by iPlay Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 41 661 949 435), 116 Ipswich Rd, Woolloongabba QLD 4102 (“Promoter”).
1.2 By entering, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms, manipulates the entry process, submits false information, or engages in misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent conduct.
1.4 This Competition may be promoted via Facebook and Instagram. Entrants acknowledge that it is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by these platforms.
1.5 The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition by publishing notice on its website.
Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents only. Entrants under 18 require parent/guardian consent.
2.2 Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family of the Promoter are not eligible. Immediate family includes spouses, partners, parents, children, siblings, and residents of the same household.
2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries using different emails or false details will be void.
How to Enter
3.1 During the Competition Period, entrants must complete the online entry form with their full name, email address, and phone number.
3.2 No purchase is required to enter.
3.3 The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions or user error.

Closes: 11:59pm AEST, Sunday 2 November 2025
Entries received outside this period are invalid.
Draw & Winner Selection
5.1 This is a game of chance.
5.2 The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Wednesday, 5 November 2025.
Notification of Winner
6.1 The winner will be notified within 72 hours of the draw via the contact details provided on entry.
6.2 The winner’s name will also be published on the iPlay Australia website and official iPlay Australia social media channels.
6.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or verified within 10 business days, the prize will be treated as unclaimed (see Clause

Prize
7.1 Major Prize: One (1) $1,500 Gift Card (retailer to be determined by the Promoter).
7.2 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash/credit.
7.3 The winner must provide valid proof of ID and age to claim the prize.
7.4 The Promoter provides the prize “as is” without warranties, except those required under Australian Consumer Law.
Unclaimed Prize
8.1 If the prize remains unclaimed after 10 business days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

10.2 Entrants indemnify the Promoter against liabilities arising from participation or prize use, except where prohibited by law.
10.3 The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
10.4 Entrants are responsible for any tax implications that may arise from winning the prize.
10.5 If any clause of these Terms & Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain effective.
