Promotional Period
Entries into the promotion open on 05/11/2025 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 02/12/2025 (“Promotional Period”).
Participating Store
A Participating Store is any online or in-store BWS store located in Australia (excluding NT) that displays advertising material relating to this promotion and stocks the Eligible Products (defined below) during the Promotional Period (each a “Participating Store”).

Entry is only open to Australian residents (excluding NT) aged 18 years or over.
How to Enter
To enter the promotion and receive one (1) entry into the draw, entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
spend $20 or more, in a single transaction, on any Eligible Product (defined below) from a Participating Store (“Qualifying Transaction”) and obtain their purchase receipt. If a purchase receipt is not provided to the individual, it is their responsibility to request one from staff; and

Prize Conditions
Major Prize:
Travel must be taken between 14/05/2026 and 20/05/2026. All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner. If the winner is unavailable or unwilling to travel on these dates, they will forfeit their right to the prize and will not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu.
The winner and their travel companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. The winner may be required to provide their credit card at the time of accommodation check in.
Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter, Mariel Rangel R. SoloViajes and Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd in their absolute discretion.
The prize is subject to booking and flight availability.
Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the prize, unless otherwise specified.
All bookings must be made a minimum of ninety (90) days in advance of requested departure dates. All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their agents. Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
Winner and companion must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of six (6) months validity on it prior to departure. Winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. Winner is responsible for any additional taxes and/or resort fees associated with the chosen accommodation, unless otherwise stated. Visas, valid passports, vaccinations, additional spending money, meals (other than those included), in room charges and all other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and their nominated traveling companion as incurred, unless otherwise specified. Prize Draw Details
The draw will take place at 11:00am AEDT on 08/12/2025 at 5/9 Fitzpatrick St, Revesby NSW 2212 in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
Winner Notification
The Major Prize winner will be contacted by phone and email, and Minor Prize winners will contact by email. Winners will be notified within seven (7) days of the draw and their first initials, surnames and postcodes will be published at cuervo1800win.com.au on 10/12/2025.

Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Prizes, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 15/01/2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
