GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by Nick Atkins / Desert Island Media.
2. Eligibility
Open to Australian residents only.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
Employees, affiliates, or immediate family of the Promoter or partner brands are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must follow @nicka35 and all tagged partner brand accounts, tag at least one friend in the comments of the giveaway post (each additional tag counts as one extra entry), and submit their email via the link in the Promoter’s bio. All three steps are required for a valid entry.
4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on Sunday 30 November and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 14 December. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
5. Prize
One winner will receive the NICKA Summer Giveaway Prize Pack, valued at approximately $5000 AUD. The prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random after the giveaway closes. The winner will be notified via Instagram DM from the official @nicka35 account. The winner must respond within 48 hours, or the Promoter may draw a new winner.
7. Entry Conditions
Incomplete entries may be disqualified. Fake, spam, or bot accounts may be removed at the Promoter’s discretion. By entering, participants confirm all information provided is accurate and their own.
8. Privacy
By entering, participants consent to their email address being collected by the Promoter for marketing purposes, and to receiving email communication from the Promoter (with the option to unsubscribe at any time). Emails will not be sold or shared with third parties outside the participating giveaway brands.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter and partner brands are not responsible for technical issues or failed entries, lost or delayed messages, or any injury, loss, or damage related to the prize or participation.
