Information about how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating, entrants are deemed to accept these Terms & Conditions.
This competition is conducted by Boost Juice Pty Ltd (ABN 11 092 165 681) with its principal place of business at Level 8, M-City Building and Business District, 2107–2125 Dandenong Road, Clayton VIC 3168 (“Boost Juice”).
The competition commences at 10:00am A.E.D.T. on Wednesday, 03 December 2025 and closes at 5:00pm A.E.D.T. on Friday, 19 December 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 16 years and over (“Eligible Entrants”). Eligible Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian approval to enter.
Employees (and their immediate family members) of Boost Juice, its related entities, agencies and/or companies directly associated with the conduct of this competition, businesses involved in the management of the competition and/or the determination of winners, and any organisation benefiting from the competition are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family member” means any of the following: spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling.

To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a. take a photo showing themselves enjoying a “Crackin’ Summer” moment with a Boost Juice in hand (“Photo”); and
b. send the Photo via Instagram Direct Message (DM) to the official Boost Juice account, @boost_juice, from a public Instagram account.
Entries must be submitted from a public Instagram account to be eligible for this competition.
Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is submitted separately in accordance with the entry instructions above. Each entry submitted by an Eligible Entrant must include substantially different Photo.
Entry and continued participation in the competition is dependent on the entrant following and acting in accordance with the Instagram Terms of Use, (
http://instagram.com/legal/terms/). Any questions or comments regarding the competition must be directed to Boost Juice, not to Instagram. The entrant releases Instagram and its associated companies from all liabilities arising in respect of the competition. Entrants acknowledge that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.5.
No entry fee is charged by Boost Juice to enter the competition. Where entry is allowed online, there is no additional cost to enter the competition other than any cost paid by the entrant to access the website or social media platform of entry via their Internet service provider.
Prize
There are five (5) prizes to be won in total.
Each winner will receive 1x The Reloader® 35mm Film Camera valued at AUD $149. The colour of the camera will be determined by the Promoter.
The total prize pool is AUD $745.
The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes where applicable (inclusive of GST) at the date of publication. Boost Juice accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other goods or services, unless otherwise specified in writing by Boost Juice.
If a prize is provided to Boost Juice by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Terms & Conditions in the event of any inconsistency. To the extent permitted by law Boost Juice accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Terms & Conditions or otherwise.
Boost Juice reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable for any reason.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be determined by representatives of the Promoter. Each entry will be judged based on the individual originality, creative merit and visual appeal of the Photo provided on entry.
The best five (5) valid entries, as determined by the judges, will each win the Prize specified above.
The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
The winners will be determined by skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. The judge’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from the official @boost_juice account within seven (7) days of the judging. Winners will be asked to provide contact and postal details for prize delivery.
All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner.
If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim a prize within a reasonable time, as specified by Boost Juice, they will forfeit the prize and Boost Juice is not obliged to offer a substitute prize.
Prizes will be dispatched by post to the winners’ nominated addresses.
If a prize is won by a person under the age of 18, the prize may be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian and where applicable to the prize a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.
In the event of an unclaimed prize, the Promoter may at its discretion assign the prize to the entry judged the next best entry, conduct a further judging to award the prize, or withdraw the prize unawarded. The Promoter is under no obligation to award any unclaimed prize.
Winners will be publicly announced via Boost Juice’s official Instagram account.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, Boost Juice reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
