1. From Monday 1st December until Thursday 1st January, 2026, members will receive one (1) entry into the draw via our internal WILDCAT system with every $10 spend* when they purchase any item where you can swipe your card or
with every $10 turnover in any of our gaming machines when your membership card is inserted. ** Excludes TAB.
2. Members must activate their tickets by swiping their membership card at reception, any till or by inserting your card into any gaming machine at the club on Thursday 1st January from 9.30am. Members with multiple entries can win multiple prizes.
3. Members must be present in the Club at the time of the draw, on Thursday 1st January, to claim any of the cash prizes.
4. Draws commence from 2.30pm SHARP. When announced, the winner will have 3 minutes to come to level 1 (restaurant area) and present their membership card to claim their prize.
5. Draws will take place at: 2.30pm, 3.00pm, 3.30pm, 4.00pm, 4.30pm, 5.00pm and 5.30pm.
6. Winners choose a lucky envelope to reveal their prize. Prizes are: 1 x $7500, 2 x $5,000, 1 x $3000, 2 x $2000, 1 x $1500
7. Promotion is open to all current financial Members of the Hervey Bay RSL & SMC INC.
8. Employees of the Hervey Bay RSL & SMC INC are not eligible to claim any prizes.
9. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Hervey Bay RSL is final.
10. All winners agree that the Hervey Bay RSL may use winners names & photos if they so choose to for any publicity photos for newspapers and magazines.
