PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Australian Events Marketing Pty Ltd (ABN 86 622 976 087), often called ‘Australian Events’ is the promoter
of this competition and hereafter in the terms and conditions will be referred to as the ‘Promoter’.
Information on how to enter and the prize to be won form part of the terms and conditions. By entering
this competition you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to
them.
The prize consists of One (1) of Five (5) Double Adult Passes to this event, which provides entry to this
event for two adults and accompanied children (16 years and under).
1. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash or in any other
way.
2. Entry to the competition is by joining this event’s email newsletter club and completing all fields -
full name, email address, suburb, post code and mobile phone number.
a. Entry to the competition is open to persons over the age of 18 years.
3. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. Winning entries will be drawn at random by Australian Events staff on Monday 2nd February 2026
from 12:00pm with the passes emailed to the winners supplied email addresses.
5. The Promoter of this competition reserves the right to seek verification of the winner’s age and
identity and other relevant information.
6. The Promoter’s decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into. Competition winners
MUST bring the pass to the event to gain free entry (no pass, no entry).
7. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability (including
negligence), for any loss or damage of any nature arising out of the Promotion, including, without
limitation, any variation in the value of the prize, any tax liability incurred by an entrant and any use
of the prize.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or change the competition terms without notice.
9. The Promoter collects personal information in connection with the promotion. By entering the
competition you are consenting to the Promoter contacting you at a later date for marketing and
promotion purposes.
