fied Backyard Bar Setup prize, the winner must have suitable access and
permissions for the installation at their nominated residential address. The installation location must:

Be safely accessible for delivery and setup of large items; and
c)
Comply with any local regulations, property guidelines, or landlord approvals (if applicable).
The winner may be required to provide site access details, photos of the proposed installation area, or
other reasonable information to assist with installation logistics.

The Promoter is not liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations if such

Prize
Conditions
1.
The Prize is subject to availability. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any delay, cancellation,
or variation to the Prize caused by circumstances beyond its control, including supplier or freight
issues.

The Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
The winner must comply with all requirements, instructions, and safety guidelines of those providers
in relation to the delivery, installation, and use of

The Prize consists of

4.
The installation site must be safely accessible and suitable for the delivery and setup of the Prize.
The Promoter, in consultation with the prize supplier, reserves the right to deem a location unsuitable
and may, at its discretion, offer a reasonable alt
ernative or variation if installation is not feasible at the
nominated address.
5.
The winner is solely responsible for ensuring all necessary permissions are obtained prior to
installation, including but not limited to:
a)
Landlord or property owner approvals (for renters);
b)
Local council or strata permissions (if applicable); and
c)
Ensuring the installation does not breach any local laws or property guidelines.
The Promoter is not liable for any delays, costs, or forfeiture of the Prize due to insufficient
approvals or access restrictions.
6.
The Promoter may at any time (including after the Promotional Period) verify the validity of entries
and entrants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who it reasonably believes
has breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in
unlawful, misleading, or improper conduct

All Reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner. If any winner chooses not to take their
Prize (or is unable to) or does not take or claim a Prize by the time specified by the Promoter, or is
unavailable, they forfeit the Prize and the Promoter
is not obliged to substitute the Prize.
7.
The value of the Prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the Prize
(inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in
the value of the Prize after that date.
8.
No part of a Prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other Prize or transferable, unless
otherwise specified in writing by the promoter.
9.
No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. There is no additional cost to enter
the Promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to purchase any eligible product at the
Participating Store.

he Prize will be awarded only to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf
of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or
