Promotion: Brumby’s Lunch Bag Legends Promotion

Eligible Entrants:
Subject to clause two (2) below, entry is only open to Australian residents, excluding residents of South Australia, over the age of sixteen (16), who make an Eligible Purchase at participating Brumby’s stores in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
How to Enter: To make an Eligible Purchase, an Eligible Entrant during the Promotional Period must make an in-store transaction that includes a “Lunch Bag Legends Combo” to constitute an Eligible Purchase. For the purposes of this Promotion, a Lunch Bag Legends Combo is defined as any one (1) Sandwich Loaf and one (1) 6-pack of Traditional Hot Cross Buns, purchased together in a single transaction.
To enter the Promotion, following an Eligible Purchase, the Eligible Entrant must:
1. Scan the QR code displayed on promotional material in-store or on the printed voucher received with purchase; and
2. Complete the online entry form on the Brumby’s website, providing:
a. First name and last name
b. Email address and phone number
c. Store purchased from
d. Unique voucher code
e. Date of purchase
f. (Optional) Upload a photograph of the printed voucher.
Strictly one Eligible Purchase per transaction, per Entry.
Eligible Entrants may submit more than one Entry over the Promotional Period.
Prize
Eligible Entrants who make an Eligible Purchase and submit a valid Entry during the Promotional Period will go into the draw to win 1 of 100 $100 Smiggle digital gift card (Prize).
At the conclusion of the Promotional Period, one hundred (100) Entries will be randomly selected as winners (Prize Winner). Winners will be drawn by electronic random draw. Each Prize Winner will receive one (1) Prize in the form of a $100 Smiggle digital card, which will be sent via email to the Prize Winner’s nominated email address.
Prize draw will occur on 19 February 2026, with Prize Winners notified by phone and or email by 27 February 2026.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The redemption of each Prize is subject to the terms and conditions specified by the issuer of the digital gift card (Smiggle).

1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these terms and conditions and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these. Any capitalised terms used in these terms and condition have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
2. Employees of the participating Brumby’s stores and the Promoter are not able to enter the Promotion.
3. If a Prize Winner does not redeem the Prize by 13 March 2026 , they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the Prize. No Prize, or part of a Prize, is exchangeable, redeemable for cash for any other prize or transferable.
4. The cost of the product included in an Eligible Purchase is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the Promotion. There is also no entry fee charged by the Promoter to enter the
Promotion.
5. If a Prize Winner does not claim a Prize by 27 February 2025 (by responding to the Promoter and confirming their email address for issue of the Prize) the Promotor may conduct a redraw from the remaining Entries (with subsequent Prize Winners given three business days to claim their Price), until all Prizes have been awarded.
6. Where there are insufficient Entries to award all Prizes, the Promoter may deal, surrender and or dispose of remaining Prize/s in its complete discretion).
7. The value of the Prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.
8. If a Prize (or portion of a Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right, but is under no obligation, to substitute the Prize (or that portion of the Prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and specification.
9. Any guarantee or warranty is given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and noting in these terms and conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
10. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of communications network failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
11. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or willful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
12. The Prize Winner will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.
13. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
