The Promotion is a game of chance for Prizes (defined below) which may be won by Eligible Entrants (defined below) who make an Eligible Entry (defined below) during the Promotional Period (defined below) in accordance with these T&Cs.
Eligible Entrants
Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
For clarity, companies, businesses and organisations of any description are excluded from participating in this Promotion.
The following individuals are excluded from this Promotion:
(a) employees of the Promoter and any agency associated with this
Promotion; and
(b) the immediate family of the above employees.
"Immediate family" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de- facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
Eligible Entry
To enter this Promotion, Eligible Entrants must, within the Promotional Period, submit a completed competition entry form, accessible via
www.samsung.com/au/unpacked/. Eligible Entrants must include their full name and valid email address, check the opt in box consenting to receive communication from the Promoter and answering all questions in the form.
For clarity, Eligible Entrants may visit the URL directly, click on link within an eDM, SMS or Push Notification sent by the Promoter, or via a social ad or post.

There will be twenty six (26) winners selected for this Promotion (each a “Winner”). The first twenty six (26) valid Eligible Entries drawn, from all valid entries received, will each win a prize (each a “Prize”). Draw
(a) The Promoter will compile all Eligible Entries received during the Promotional Period as soon as practicable following the Promotional End Date and Time as above.
(b) The Promoter has appointed an independent third party to conduct the Draw on its behalf on the Draw Date (as below) at Anisimoff Legal, Level 3/162 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000 in the presence of an independent scrutineer.
(c) At the relevant Draw Date, twenty six (26) valid entries will be drawn at random from all Eligible Entries received during the Promotional Period, such that each Eligible Entry has an equal chance of winning a Prize. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
(d) The Eligible Entrants who submitted the Eligible Entries drawn by the Promoter will each win the relevant Prize.
(e) The Winners will be notified within seven (7) days of the draw (Winner Notification Date).
(f) The Winners will be published online (first initial, surname and postcode) at
www.samsung.com/au/unpacked/ on 26/03/2026.
Draw Date
The Draw will take place at 2:00 PM AEDT on 03/03/2026.
Distribution of Prize
(a) TheWinnerswillbecontactedinwritingbyemail,aslistedintheir winning entry, by the Winner Notification Date listed above. The Promoter may request additional details from the Winners for the purposes of delivering the Prize, including but not limited to, their residential address.
(b) At any time during communication with a Winner or an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter may reasonably request further information from that person, including to verify the identity of the Eligible Entrant, that the individual is an Eligible Entrant and that the Eligible Entrant has complied with these T&Cs.
(c) The Promoter will distribute Prizes by courier.
(d) Subject to the second chance draw clause, Winners acknowledge
that if for any reason they do not accept or take their Prize (or any element of the Prize) by the time required the Promoter, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited.
(e) Winners are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are correct. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs associated with re-delivery of a Prize, should the delivery details provided by the Winner be incorrect.
Second chance draw
(a) If a Winner of a Prize does not claim their Prize by 11:59PM AEST on 07/04/2026, is not able to satisfy these T&Cs, forfeits or fails to accept their Prize, then the Winner will be deemed to have forfeited their Prize.
(b) A draw for unclaimed Prizes, will be conducted at 2:00PM AEST on 08/04/2026 in the same way and at the same place as the original Draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory
authority. Winners of which will be a second chance winner
(Second Chance Winner).
(c) Second Chance Winners, if any, will be notified in writing by
email within seven (7) days of the second chance draw.
(d) Second Chance Winners, if any, will be published online (first
initial, surname and postcode) at
www.samsung.com/au/unpacked/ on 15/04/2026.
(e) These T&Cs apply to a Second Chance Winner as if they were a
Winner.
(f) Second Chance Winners, if any, must claim their prize by
11:59PM AEST on 07/05/2026.
General
(a) Information on how to enter and the Prizes form part of these T&Cs. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs.
(b) This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other Samsung offer or promotion, unless specified otherwise by the Promoter.
(c) If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to: (a) disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
(d) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these T&Cs or who tampers with the entry process. All decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
(e) If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant.
(f) If a Prize (or part of a Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (of that part of the Prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
(g) Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Eligible Entrants are responsible for ensuring their correct personal information is provided and any updated details are notified to the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility should an Eligible Entrant fail to receive their Prize because of a failure to provide correct details or to notify of a change to those details.
(h) Winners or any Second Chance Winners (if any) are responsible for all ancillary costs associated with the Prize, including, but not
limited to, costs in connection with accessories, network services of any description, data charges and installation costs.
(i) Eligible Entries are deemed to have been received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database and not at the time of transmission by the Eligible Entrant. Ineligible or late entries will be deemed to be invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for late, lost, misdirected, ineligible or illegible / inaudible entries.
(j) Each Eligible Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter will own all rights and title to their entry once submitted.
(k) Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and will not be redeemable for cash, unless otherwise specified.
(l) In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a Prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
(m)Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
(n) Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
(o) Subject to paragraph (p) below, except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the Prize value to that stated in these T&CS; (e) any tax liability incurred by the Winner; or (f) any use of a Prize.
(p) Nothing in these T&Cs is intended to limits, excludes, restricts or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude, restrict or modify any statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (CCA) or any other implied warranties
under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001(Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia or any statutory consumer guarantees as provided under consumer protection laws in New Zealand (Non- Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
(q) Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Privacy
The Promoter (or third parties on its behalf) may collect personal information (“PI”) to conduct the Promotion and disclose such PI to third parties for this purpose, including agents, contractors, service providers and Prize suppliers. Validity of an Eligible Entrant’s entry is conditional on providing this PI. Some of these entities may be located outside Australia and New Zealand, including in Singapore, Korea and the Philippines. Eligible Entrants acknowledge that by consenting to this disclosure, the Promoter is not obliged to take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients do not breach Australian or New Zealand privacy law. All Eligible Entrants consent to their PI being collected and stored for this purpose in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at
www.samsung.com/au/info/privacy/, which forms part of these T&Cs. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Eligible Entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how Eligible Entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
