Please note that the Lo Bros Not Soda E-Bike Giveaway has been extended by seven (7) days due to stock availability issues in select retail locations. This extension ensures all consumers have a fair opportunity to purchase a qualifying product and enter.

Draw Date: 10 March 2026

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

 

Promoter: Soulfresh (ABN: 79 603 119 688) of 28-50 Cyanamid St, Laverton North, Victoria 3026, AU (“Promoter”).

Promotion Period: Commences on 1 December 2025 on 12.00am and ends on 8 March 2026 at 11.59pm (“Promotion Period”).

Entry Eligibility:

    Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
    Employees of the Promoter, their agencies, suppliers, and family members of employees are ineligible to enter.
    By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

How to Enter:

    To enter, participants must scan the QR code displayed at point of sale or online and complete the entry form with all requested details, including name, email, and phone number.
    Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
    Entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be valid.

Prize:

    The prize is one Dirodi Rover Standard & Plus Gen 6 valued at approximately $2,500 AUD.
    The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize, including delivery, assembly or registration, are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.

Winner Selection and Notification:

    The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
    Eligible entries must include all requested contact details and a photo of a can of Lo Bros Not Soda.
    The draw will take place on 10 March at 11.00am at Soulfresh Head Office.
    The winner will be notified by email/phone within 5 days of the draw.
    If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw for a replacement winner.
    The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Publicity:

    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activity, including having their name, image, or entry published by the Promoter, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy:

    Personal information collected during the promotion will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and may be used for future marketing unless participants opt out.

Liability:

    To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from entering this promotion or accepting the prize.
    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or other rights which cannot be excluded by law.

General:

    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any factor beyond its reasonable control affects the promotion’s conduct.
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Victoria, Australia.
    Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
