Terms & Conditions:
Customers may enter by completing the online form on Pacific Pines Town Centre’s official ‘Sign Up & Win’ competition posts.
The competition commences at 7.00am on Sunday 1 March 2026. The competition will close on Tuesday 31 March 2026 at 10.00am.
One (1) winner will be drawn each weekday during the promotion period starting Monday 2 March 2026 at 10.00am with the last
draw on Tuesday 31 March 2026 at 10.00am. There are twenty-two (22) weekday draws in total, resulting in twenty-two (22)
individual winners. Entries remain valid for the duration of the competition period unless previously drawn.
The prize includes two (2) 6-pack bundles of Traditional Hot Cross Buns valued at $16.90.
The total prize pool is valued at $371.80.
One (1) winner will be drawn each weekday and notified by telephone, including instructions for prize collection from Brumby’s at
and agreed time between the store and winner.
Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter.
The following persons are not eligible to enter the competition:
a. Tenants of Pacific Pines Town Centre
b. Employees of tenants of Pacific Pines Town Centre
c. Contractors of Pacific Pines Town Centre and their employees
d. Immediate family members of any of the above i.e. spouses and children.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The winner agrees to have their name used for advertising purposes.
The competition will be drawn at random by a representative of Centre Management, whose decision will be final, and no
correspondence will be entered into.
The competition is promoted by Pacific Pines Town Centre, Cnr Pacific Pines Boulevard & Pitcairn Way, Pacific Pines QLD 4211.
All entry forms remain the property of the promoter at all times. In lodging an entry, all entrants consent to their names being
entered onto a database and accept that maintaining their anonymity is not practicable in the circumstances.
The promoter expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability whatsoever for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the
delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded.
For the purposes of compliance with applicable Privacy Legislation, entrants are advised that: they can contact the promoter for
details of the information held about them at the address of the promoter stated above; the purpose for which the information on
them is being collected is for marketing purposes related to the promotion of Pacific Pines Town Centre and its retailers; the
information on them is not usually disclosed to third party organisations failure to provide all the information required to make a valid
entry will result in their entries being ineligible to be a winning entry form.
Personal information collected will be stored securely and used solely for the purposes of this promotion and future marketing by
Pacific Pines Town Centre. Entrants can opt-out of marketing communications at any time online or by contacting the Centre.
If the Promoter reasonably suspects that a drawn Entrant or Winner is not eligible, has breached these Terms and Conditions, or has
acted improperly to increase their chances of winning the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize to that
drawn Entrant or Winner and conduct a re-draw for the Prize that the drawn Entrant or Winner would otherwise have won.
Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, however if the winner is not reachable within 48 hours, the prize will be
forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
