Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older (Entrants).

Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, travel agents involved with and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on Friday, March 20, 2026 and closes 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday April 19, 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

To enter, eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, visit the Explore website, and locate the promotion landing page with entry form embedded, OR click on a promotional banner advertisement linking to the landing page, OR scan the QR code in print advertising in Australian Community Media publications. Eligible entrants must then complete the entry form with all requested details including, but not limited to full name, mobile phone number, email address, age range, post code, and submit the completed form. Limited to one entry per person.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
The competition must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at giveaways.exploretravel.com.au. The entry must fulfil all the requirements of the competition as specified to be eligible to win the prize. Limited to one entry per person. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the competition may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the sponsor. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the competition, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the sponsor.

For an entry to be valid, it is a condition of entry that the Entrant must consent to receive the “Explore” travel newsletter. They must also consent to have their contact details collected by Australian Community Media (ACM) and Helloworld Travel Limited (ABN 60 091 214 998) and Cruiseco (70 662 298 286) to be contacted with special offers and promotional materials, and for their data to be used for customer profiling.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.

The winner will be drawn using www.randomdraws.com.au on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, 10am AEST at Level 2, 11 York St, Sydney NSW 2000. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible Entrant.

The winner will be notified on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 between 10am and 5pm. The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing via email. Explore will provide details at this time on how to redeem the prize. The winner's details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published in the Explore travel lift out and giveaways.exploretravel.com.au on Saturday, May 9, 2026.

The winner will have until 3pm on May 19, 2026 to claim their prize. After which, the runner-up, previously drawn via www.randomdraws.com.au on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 10am AEST at Level 2, 11 York St, Sydney NSW 2000, will be deemed the winner(s). They will be contacted by phone and in writing at 3pm on May 19, 2026. The redraw winner will have until June 14, 2026 to claim their prize. The new winner will be published in Explore and giveaways.exploretravel.com.au on Saturday, June 6, 2026.

Prize winners must confirm full passenger legal names and details as they appear on their passports before 14 June, 2026.

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The first valid entry drawn will win a 16 night Christmas & New Year in Asia Fly, Cruise and Stay Holiday Package for 2 guests departing 17 December, 2026. The prize package includes flights from the nearest capital city and is valued up to $25,039.46. Prize value is correct as at 27 January 2026, based on return flights to and from Hobart.

Helloworld Travel Limited Travel or the supplier concerned expressly reserve the right to terminate any holiday arrangement of the winner (and/or their guest) where, in their opinion, any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to that which causes danger, distress or annoyance to others or damage to property, whilst participating in any element of the prize. You and/or your party may also be required to pay for loss and/or damage caused by your actions and no refund or compensation will be given in lieu of prize.

If for any reason the winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited, and no compensation will be given in lieu.
