Terms and Conditions:

4. Promotion Period Entry into the Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST Friday 17 April 2026. Entry into the Promotion closes at 6:00am AEST Friday 8 May 2026.

6. Age Restriction
Clause 2
Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be 18 years of age or over.
7. Maximum Number of Entries: Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the question: “What bill has you feeling the pressure the most?” AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in
25 words or less, the question:
“What bill has you feeling the pressure the most?”
Entrants must identify a specific bill they would like to be paid to be eligible (Specified Bill).
All valid Nova Player App Entries and Website Entries received during the Promotion Period will be
individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) (b) select up to fifteen (15) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the
Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website and
Nova Player App entrants (Selected Entrants);
contact up to five (15) Selected Entrants (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter)
on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number)
(Personal Contact Number) to discuss their entry and assess their suitability to appear on-air
(based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion); and
(c) place up to fifteen (15) of the “best” Selected Entrants from that weekday (based on the
Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on the standby list (Standby
List) to appear on-air between 6:00am and 10:00am AEST on various days during the
Promotion Period
Appear On-Air
At various times throughout the Promotion:
(d) (e) Representatives of the Promoter will call a Selected Entrant deemed to have submitted the
“best” entry from that day’s Standby List (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter)
on their Personal Contact Number;
if the Selected Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings
or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole
and absolute discretion) and participates in an on-air segment for the purposes of the
Promotion, they will be deemed a winner and will be awarded a Prize (in the absolute and
sole discretion of the Promoter);
(f) if the Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause
(e) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are
inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute
discretion) contact the Selected Entrant whose valid entry was deemed the next ‘best’ entry
(in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion, in accordance with the Judging Criteria) on
their Personal Contact Number in the same manner as outlined above;
Throughout the Promotion Period, up to fifteen (15) Selected Entrants will be deemed winners and
awarded a Prize.
The Promotion will end once the Promotion Period has ended or once the Prize Pool (as defined in the
Prize) has been exhausted, whichever is earlier.
For the avoidance of doubt, selected Entrants may be required to provide the Promoter with proof of
identity in a form of ID that is approved and requested by the Promoter and/or evidence of the
Specified Bill.
9. Entry Restrictions Consents
By entering this Promotion, entrants consent and agree to their first name, suburb, bill and bill amount
(as submitted in their Website and/or Nova Player App Entry) being broadcast on air by representatives
of the Promoter.
Maximum value of bill
Entrants must submit a Specified Bill in order to be eligible for a Prize. If an entrant submits a Specified Bill
with a value greater than AUD $800 (incl. GST), then they will only be eligible to receive cash to the
value of up to AUD $800 (incl. GST) and the Specified Bill will not be paid in full.
Prior to awarding a Prize, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) request a copy of any
Specified Bill as proof of value.
Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number and each entrant grants the Promoter the
right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
6:00am AEST and 10:00am AEST on weekdays during the Promotion Period.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.

Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may
replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or
participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize
(where applicable).
Selected Entrants must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
winner and awarded a Prize.
10. Judging
Clause 4
All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 8:00am AEST Friday 8 May 2026 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries
will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria
Clause 4
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
12. Prize
Clauses 8 - 15
There are up to fifteen (15) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• One (1) x cash prize to the value of the Specified Bill as announced on-air at the time of
winning (with a maximum value of AUD $800 incl. GST)
If a Prize winner has submitted a Specified Bill that is greater than $800, then they will receive the
maximum value of AUD $800 (incl. GST). No additional cash will be provided to a Prize winner for a
Specified Bill above $800 (incl. GST).
For the avoidance of doubt, the total Prize Pool across will not exceed AUD $12,000 (incl. GST) (Prize
Pool).
13. Prize Restrictions

Valid Australian bank account
Entrants (or their parent/legal guardian if the entrant is under 18 years of age) must have a valid
Australian bank account.
Proof of Identity
Winners may be required to show proof of identity prior to being awarded the Prize.

Winners will be notified by one or more of the following by 10:00am AEST Friday 8 May 2026

17. Prize Delivery

The Prize will be transferred to the winner's nominated bank account via electronic funds transfer (or
the nominated bank account of the winner's parent/guardian if the winner is under 18 years of age).
