1. Promoter
The promoter is SW Accountants & Advisors Pty Ltd (ABN
78 625 921 390) of Level 10, 530 Collins Street, Melbourne
VIC 3000 (‘Promoter’).
2. Promotion
This is a trade promotion prize draw conducted in Australia.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family
members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to enter
Eligible participants may enter the prize draw by completing
the SW Federal Budget survey during the promotion period.
Limit of one (1) entry per person.
5. Promotion period
The promotion opens on 30 March 2026 and closes at 5pm
AEST on Wednesday 6 May 2026.
6. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded:
$1,000 Visa gift card (or equivalent)
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for
cash.
7. Draw details
The winner will be determined by a random draw conducted
on Wednesday 13 May 2026 at the Promoter’s offices or
electronically.
8. Winner notification and announcement
The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business
days of the draw.
The winner may also be announced during the Promoter’s
Federal Budget webinar on Wednesday 13 May 2026.
9. Unclaimed prize
If the prize is not claimed within twenty-eight (28) days of
notification, a redraw will be conducted on Wednesday 10
June 2026, and the new winner will be notified in accordance
with these Terms & Conditions.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be
handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and
will be used solely for the purposes of administering the
survey and prize draw, unless otherwise consented to.
11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries
and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry
process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with
these Terms & Conditions.
