Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 15 years of age or over.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this
Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the
Prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who
consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of
the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the
Prize (if applicable).
7. Maximum Number
of Entries

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a
separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the question:
“What bill do you need paid?”
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the question:
“What bill do you need paid?
Entrants must identify a specific bill they would like to be paid to be eligible (Specified Bill). For the
avoidance of doubt, a Specified Bill must not exceed the amount of AUD $2,500.
All valid Nova Player App Entries and Website Entries received during the Promotion Period will be
individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
Throughout the Promotion Period, the Promoter will select up to thirty five (35) entries deemed to be the
‘best’ (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) (each a Selected
Entrant) and will invite Selected Entrants to appear on-air and be awarded a Prize.
Appear On-Air
At various times throughout the Promotion Period:
(a) The Promoter will announce a Selected Entrant’s name and suburb (as submitted in their
Website and/or Nova Player App Entry) and will invite that Selected Entrant to call 13 24 10 to
appear on-air, be deemed a winner and be awarded a Prize;
(b) If that Selected Entrant successfully calls 13 24 10 within twenty (20) minutes and appears on-
air for the purposes of the Promotion, they will be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize;
(c) If a Selected Entrant fails to call 13 24 10 within the designated timeframe, they will not be
deemed a winner or be awarded a Prize. In these circumstances, the Promoter will select
another Selected Entrant, announce their name and suburb on-air and invite them to call 132410 in the same manner as outlined in subclauses (a) to (c).
Throughout the Promotion Period, up to thirty-five (35) Selected Entrants will be deemed winners and
awarded a Prize, or until the Prize Pool is exhausted.
The Promotion will end once the Promotion Period has ended or once the Prize Pool (as defined in the
Prize) has been reached, whichever is earlier.
For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants may be required to provide the Promoter with proof of
identity in a form of ID that is approved and requested by the Promoter and/or evidence of the
Specified Bill (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
9. Entry Restrictions Consents
By entering this Promotion, entrants consent and agree to their first name, suburb, bill and bill amount
(as submitted in their Website and/or Nova Player App Entry) being broadcast on air by representatives
of the Promoter.
Maximum value of bill
Entrants must submit a Specified Bill in order to be eligible. If an entrant submits a bill with a value
greater than AUD $2,500 (incl. GST), then they will only be eligible to receive cash to the value of up to
$2,500 (incl. GST) towards the Specified Bil and the Specified Bill will not be paid in full.
Prior to awarding a Prize, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) request a copy of the
Specified Bill as proof of value.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Selected Entrants
If for any reason a Selected Entrant does not call 13 24 10 within the time period specified in the Entry
Method, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is
inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by
contacting/selecting another Selected Entrant and inviting them to appear on-air. The Promoter will
repeat this process until a Selected Entrant successfully appears on-air and is awarded a Prize.
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as a Selected Entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may
not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded
a Prize (where applicable).
Selected Entrants must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 8:00am AEST Friday 22 May 2026 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries
will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
12. Prize
Clauses 8 - 15
There are up to thirty-five (35) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• One (1) x cash prize to the value of the Specified Bill (with a maximum value of AUD $2,500
(incl. GST)), as announced on-air at the time of winning.
For the avoidance of doubt, the total prize pool for this Promotion will not exceed AUD $12,500 (incl.
GST) (Prize Pool). The Promotion will end once the Promotion Period has ended, or once the total Prize
pool limit has been reached, whichever is earlier.
13. Prize Restrictions

Valid Australian bank account
Entrants (or their parent/legal guardian if the entrant is under 18 years of age) must have a valid
Australian bank account.
