Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: All ages permitted.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this
Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the
Prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who
consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of
the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the
Prize (if applicable).
8. Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however only one (1) entry will be accepted in the
prize draw specified in the Draw Details.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
9. Entry Method
Clause 3 Entrants may enter the Promotion in either of the following ways:
On-Site Entry
On Tuesday 5 May 2026, Thursday 7 May 2026, Saturday 9 May 2026, Tuesday 12 May 2026, and
Thursday 14 May:
(a) (b) (c) (d) Representatives of the Promoter will announce the location of an event where listeners are to
attend in-person and enter the Promotion (Event).
Entrants must listen to the Station for the details of the location and time of the Event (as
specified by representatives of the Promoter);
Entrants must attend the Event, register their details in the manner required and fully complete
the entry form;
Entrants who successfully complete the On-Site Entry will receive one (1) entry into the next
upcoming Draw.
Prize Draw and Answer a Call Live On-Air
At various times during the Promotion Period and in accordance with the Draw Details below:
(e) (f) (g) (h) The Promoter will conduct a Draw and contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn first in
the Draw (Drawn Entrant) on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not
a business number) (Personal Contact Number)
if the Drawn Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or
by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and
absolute discretion), they will be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize (in the absolute and
sole discretion of the Promoter);
if the Drawn Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (f)
above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible
or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion)
contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn next in the relevant Draw (in the Promoter’s
sole and absolute discretion) in the same manner as outlined above;
this process will be repeated until a Drawn Entrant successfully answers their phone in
accordance with clause (b) above.
For the avoidance of doubt, there will be five (5) Drawn Entrants deemed winners and awarded a Prize
throughout the Promotion Period.
10. Entry Restrictions Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for the Prize and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
Between 6:00am AEST and 9:00am AEST on the following dates:
- Wednesday 6 May 2026;
- Friday 8 May 2026;
- Monday 11 May 2026;
- Wednesday 11 May 2026; and
- Friday 15 May 2026.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion)
may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air
or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize
(where applicable).

winner and awarded a Prize.
11. Draw Details

Five (5) draws will be conducted at the Promoter’s premises, as follows:
• Between 6:00am AEST and 9:00am AEST on the following dates:
o Wednesday 6 May 2026;
o Friday 8 May 2026;
o Monday 11 May 2026;
o Wednesday 13 May 2026; and
o Friday 15 May 2026
The first valid entry drawn in each Draw will be invited to appear on-air to be awarded a Prize.
12. Prize

There are up to five (5) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• AUD $10,000 cash (excl. GST)
Each Prize is valued at up to AUD $10,000 cash (excl. GST)
