Monthly Subscriber Travel Voucher Competition Entry Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions of this competition are below.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the trade competition promotion specified in clause 1 (“Promotion”) conducted by Bunnik Travel Pty Ltd (ACN 077 203 466) trading as Bunnik Tours (ABN 38 077 203 466) of 45 Flinders Street, Adelaide, SA 5000.
Participation in this Promotion is subject to the Terms, which are designed to ensure fairness, transparency and compliance with all laws and regulations.
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional instructions or information provided by Bunnik Tours in connection with the Promotion. Please read these Terms carefully before participating.
1. Promoter & Promotion

(e) Type: Trade promotion lottery (game of chance – skill plays no part in determining the winner).
(f) Eligible Jurisdiction(s): Australia-wide
(g) Promotion Period: Starts: 9am (ACDT) 1 March 2026. Ends: 5pm (ACST) 31 May 2026. No entries will be accepted outside the Promotion Period.
2. Prizes
(a) Prize(s): 1 x $1,000 Bunnik Tours Travel Voucher per month during the Promotion Period.
(b) Quantity: 3
(c) Prize Value (RRP): $1,000
(d) Total Prize Pool: $3,000
(e) Prize Conditions: The voucher can only be redeemed through Bunnik Tours. There is no cash alternative and the voucher is not redeemable for cash. This voucher cannot be used for foreign currency or travellers cheques. Voucher is valid for 36 months from date of issue. The voucher is not transferrable and can only be redeemed by the person named on the voucher. Only one voucher can be redeemed per transaction. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
(f) Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash, unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Eligibility
3.1. Entry is open all persons within the Eligible Jurisdiction(s) aged 18+ years.
3.2. Employees, officers and contractors of Bunnik Tours and its related bodies corporate, and their immediate families (spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling) are ineligible.
3.3. Entrants must use their true legal name and current contact details. Bunnik Tours may require proof of age, identity and residency to verify eligibility.
4. How to Enter
4.1. During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants must subscribe to Bunnik Tours email communications, via the form at
www.bunniktours.com.au. All subscribers during the Promotion Period will be entered.
4.2. Entry Limit: 1 entry per person
4.3. No entry fee is charged by Bunnik Tours to enter. Any incidental costs (e.g., internet/data or call charges) are the entrant’s responsibility.
4.4. Entry is conditional upon the entrant providing express consent to receive marketing, promotional and advertising communications from Bunnik Tours. By submitting an entry, the entrant acknowledges and agrees that Bunnik Tours may use the contact details provided to send such communications, and that the entrant may withdraw their consent at any time by using the unsubscribe facility in any electronic message or by contacting Bunnik Tours directly.
5. Draw Details
5.1. Draw Type: Random draw to be conducted by Bunnik Tours.
5.2. Draw Date and Time: 12pm 1 April 2026, 1 May 2026 and 1 June 2026.
5.3. Draw Location: 45 Flinders Street, Adelaide, SA 5000
5.4. Draw Method: electronic random draw system in accordance with applicable laws.
5.5. Reserve Entries: Bunnik Tours may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order to use in the event an entry is invalid or a prize is unclaimed.
6. Winner Notification and Publication
6.1. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days after the draw.
6.2. If required by law, winners’ surname and first initial and State/Territory will be published at
www.bunniktours.com.au/Competitions for a period of 30 days after the draw. If permitted by law, the winner may request non-publication of those details.
6.3. Bunnik Tours may require winners to complete and return a prize acceptance and eligibility declaration within 10 days of receiving notice.
7. Prize Delivery and Redemption
7.1. If the prize is a voucher, it will be delivered to the email provided by the winner, and will be subject to the terms of redemption specified at clause 2(e).
7.2. If a prize includes travel, the winner and any companion(s) must travel together on the same itinerary on dates specified by Bunnik Tours. The winner is responsible for all ancillary costs not included in the prize (e.g., personal expenses, insurance, passports/visas).
7.3. Whether the prize is travel or a voucher redeemable for travel, the winner and any companion(s) will be subject to Bunnik Tours standard Booking Conditions. Without limitation, the winner and any companion(s) will be subject to conditions regarding limitations and exclusions on Bunnik Tours’ liability. For the avoidance of doubt if the winner and any companion(s) cancel travel, there is no refund payable and the prize is deemed forfeited.
8. Unclaimed Prizes
8.1. If a prize is not accepted or remains unclaimed within 1 month after the draw (subject to the initial winner being notified by Bunnik Tours), the initial winner has no further claim to the price and the first reserve winner will be notified as the winner by Bunnik Tours.
8.2. Any winner in the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email 7 days after the conclusion of that 1 month period and, if required by law, published at
www.bunniktours.com.au/Competitions. The same terms and conditions will apply to the reserve winner as if s/he was the original winner.
9. Entrant Conduct and Disqualification
9.1. Bunnik Tours may, at its discretion, verify entries and entrants (including identity, age, and place of residence) and disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms, or engages in conduct that is misleading, deceptive, fraudulent or damaging to the goodwill of the Promotion.
9.2. Bunnik Tours’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
