This competition (“Competition”) is promoted by Moissanite Pty Ltd (ABN 95 088 977 164) trading as Moi Moi Fine Jewellery, of Level 2, Shop 8, Queen Victoria Building, 455 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia over 18 years of age. Employees and their immediate families of Moi Moi Fine Jewellery are not eligible to enter.
The competition opens on 13/05/2026 and closes on 30/6/2026 (“Entry Period”). All times and dates are in AEST.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform.
To enter, an entrant must sign up for the Moi Moi newsletter by submitting their First Name, Last Name and Email address to the form on this landing page at http://www.moimoi.com.au/early-access
Participants may enter the competition once only. Entry is open to new email subscribers only.
Invalid or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
Each valid entrant who has entered the competition from 00:01 on the first day of the Competition until 23:59 on the last day of the Competition will be entered into the prize draw for that Competition period.
All entries become the property of the Promoter.
By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Moi Moi Fine Jewellery. Entrants may unsubscribe from these emails at any stage by following the instructions contained in the footer of the marketing emails.
The eligible entrant who is chosen to win will receive an Audrey 5.0 Moissanite 14K White Gold ring, size L1/2, valued at RRP$1,830 inc GST. Resizing will incur an additional cost.
The prize is not transferrable or exchangeable, nor is the prize redeemable for cash.
The prize does not include shipping or delivery costs. All other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
The winner will be randomly drawn by Moi Moi Fine Jewellery at the end of the Entry Period.
The winners will be notified in writing via the email address used to sign up, within 7 days of competition close.
Should the notification email to the winner bounce or be undeliverable, and the winner does not respond via Email or Instagram within 7 days of notification, then the Promoters have the right to draw another winner.
The winner must collect their prize at the Moi Moi Sydney store, located at Level 2, Shop 8, Queen Victoria Building, 455 George Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000 or the Moi Moi Melbourne store, located at Shop 9c 271 Collins St, Melbourne, VIC, 3000 . If the winner cannot come to the store, they may elect to have the prize posted to them, however this will incur a postage fee.
If the prizes are not collected by 31st August 2026, then Moi Moi Fine Jewellery has the right to choose another winner, who will then have one month from notification to collect the prize.
All of the Promoter’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
