Email Subscription - $100 Voucher Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By submitting an entry, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms & Conditions.

The Voucher: A voucher valued at $100 AUD (referred to as “voucher” in these terms and conditions) to use either in store at Clock Shop - 194 Main St, Montville QLD 4560, or online at www.clockshop.com.au.

The voucher is non-transferable. No cash or other voucher substitution is permitted. Any and all voucher related expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the voucher constitutes permission for Clock Shop to use the winner’s name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation.

Entries: To enter the giveaway, simply subscribe to our email marketing in any way. This can be done using the form in the link following: https://www.clockshop.com.au/subscribe, by scanning the QR code provided on the “subscribe to win” cards found in-store or in a delivered package, subscribing via either the pop up option or via the sign up box at the bottom at www.clockshop.com.au. Your subscription will be confirmed via email.

You only need to enter once, to qualify for the monthly draw. Your entry qualifies you to be in the draw each month while you remain subscribed to Clock Shop email marketing, or when the email address used is no longer valid or the giveaway ends. Previous winners are not eligible to win the $100 voucher more than once. Vouchers will be drawn monthly until the competition is closed.

In the month of Decemeber this draw will be replaced by the $500 gift voucher giveaway draw.

You may enter only once and you must fill in the information required. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Clock Shop has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the giveaway, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.

Clock Shop reserves the right to, without prior notice and at any time, terminate the giveaway, in whole or in part, or modify the giveaway in any way, should any factor interfere with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official terms and conditions.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to enter the giveaway. Employees, consultants, officers, or directors of Clockshop, and their children, parents, spouse, and members of their household are ineligible to participate. No purchase necessary. Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Australia.

Selection of Winner: The Winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received. We use the website random.org to draw an eligible entry at complete random. Your entry qualifies you to be in the draw each month while you remain subscribed to Clock Shop email marketing, or when the email address used is no longer valid or the giveaway ends.

Notification of Winner: The voucher winner will be notified by the same email which was supplied when entering, and published on Clock Shop’s Facebook and Instagram pages each month. The winner will also be shown on the relevant monthly newsletter (First name + Last name initial i.e John S.). All decisions are final and binding. Should the email be returned as invalid, no other attempts will be made to contact the winner. Winners must contact Clock Shop within five calendar days from the date the notification is sent to claim their prize. Clock Shop is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorised account holder of the email account provided in the giveaway entry form.

Indemnification: By entering into the draw you agree to release and hold harmless Clock Shop and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly from your participation in the giveaway.
