The Funky Monkey Bars Dream Backyard Giveaway 2026 is a skill-based competition where one (1) winner will receive a Gorilla Plus Cubby Clubhouse setup featuring selected accessories, valued at AUD $5,450.

The prize:
Is not transferable or exchangeable.

Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Funky Monkey Bars Pty Ltd, its affiliates, agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
This competition is governed by the laws of Australia and applicable state regulations.

The competition opens on 17 May 2026 and closes at 11:59PM AWST on 10 June 2026.
Entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.
How It Works
To enter, participants must complete the official giveaway entry process and answer the following question:
“If your kids could create the dream Funky Monkey Bars setup, what would it look like?”
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Entrants may submit one (1) entry unless otherwise stated by Funky Monkey Bars.
Entries will be individually judged based on creativity, originality, and suitability to the competition theme. One (1) winner will be selected by Funky Monkey Bars within seven (7) days of the competition closing date.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the details provided at entry and may also be announced on Funky Monkey Bars social media channels.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Funky Monkey Bars reserves the right to select a new winner.
Prize Conditions
The prize will be supplied as listed and delivered in accordance with Funky Monkey Bars’ standard procedures and service areas.
Any additional site preparation, landscaping, or installation requirements outside standard inclusions may incur additional costs at the winner’s expense.
Agreement to Rules
By entering this competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and any decisions made by Funky Monkey Bars Pty Ltd.
Funky Monkey Bars reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
Marketing & Promotional Use
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Funky Monkey Bars to use their name, suburb, photographs, videos, and competition response for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Disputes
All disputes will be governed by the laws of Western Australia. Entrants agree that unresolved disputes will be handled individually in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Western Australia, and not through any class action.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Funky Monkey Bars Pty Ltd and its affiliates are not responsible for:
Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
Technical interruptions or website issues.
Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.
General Conditions
Funky Monkey Bars reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
