The Promotion opens at 9:00am (AEST) on Wednesday 3 June 2026 and closes at 4:00pm (AEST) on Sunday, 7 June, 2026. Late entries will not be accepted.

Who can enter: Entry is open only to show attendees/visitors who are over the age of 18 years.

How to enter: Find seven (7) unique QR Codes placed at 7 different locations around the 2026 Let’s Go Queensland Caravan & Camping Supershow precinct. All 7 locations are marked on the Overall
Map contained within the Visitor Guide. Scan each QR Code with your device, register and submit your details at each location. To be eligible, all (7) unique QR Codes must be scanned, and contact
details entered and submitted at each location.
Prize: The prize is a 2026 plated Hilltop Feathertop 17’6 Mid Door Single Axle Caravan valued at $86,230.00 RRP. On road costs including 12 months QLD rego and CTP Insurance are included.
Comprehensive insurance cover is NOT an inclusion.
The Hilltop Feathertop Caravan Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Draw Date: The winner of the prize will be drawn at random on Thursday 25 June 2026 at 10.30am at the head
office of Caravan Trade & Industries Association of Queensland (CTIAQ). The prize-winning entry will be the first valid entry drawn. Competition entrants do not have to be present to receive their prize at the time it is drawn.
Winner of the Promotion will be notified by telephone and confirmed by email by no later than 5:00pm on Thursday 25 June, 2026.
Publication: The winner will be announced on the CTIAQ website www.caravanqld.com.au and Facebook page CaravanningQueensland.
Delivery of Prize: Major Prize: Delivery of the 2026 plated Hilltop Feathertop 17’6 Mid Door Single Axle Caravan
to take place at the Hilltop Queensland Distributor Set Up Camp RV Centre, 74 Compton Road,  QLD 4114 approximately 2 weeks following the prize draw.

(a) To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must fall within the criteria in the ‘Who can enter’ section of
the Promotion Details Table. You must follow the requirements in the ‘How to enter’ section of the
Promotion Details Table and submit any entry into the Promotion during the Promotion Period. Entries
submitted after the Promotion Period has closed will not be accepted.
(b) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late entries or for any technical difficulties experienced by
you.
(c) It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in your entry, including
your contact details. Incorrect or incomplete entries may be disregarded by the Promoter.
(d) Your entry must not include any content that contravenes any law, infringes the rights of any person
(including intellectual property rights) or could be considered to be insulting, inflammatory,
defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate.
(e) By submitting your entry, you agree that your entry becomes the property of the Promoter and you
agree that the Promoter may exploit all intellectual property rights in your entry and do anything to
your entry which may otherwise be an infringement of your moral rights.
(f) The winners of the Promotion will be drawn at random by the Promoter on the Draw Date. Delivery of
the Prizes will occur per the details in the ‘Delivery of Prizes’ section of the Promotion Details Table.
Where a Prize cannot be delivered in accordance with these terms and conditions within 3 months of
the Draw Date (for example, due to an error in the address details for the winning entry), the Promoter
reserves the right to redraw the winner for the relevant Prize in accordance with the methods contained
in these terms and conditions.
(g) In no event will the Promoter be liable for any claims, damages or losses of any kind, including direct,
indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your entrance
to this Promotion. To the maximum extent permitted at law, the Promotion and the prizes are provided
on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to,
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
(h) You indemnify the Promoter from any and all claims, losses or liabilities which the Promoter may incur
in the course of or connection with your entrance and participation in the Promotion.
(i) If a provision of these terms and conditions is illegal, invalid, unenforceable or void, it is severed and the
remainder of these terms and conditions has full force and effect and the validity or enforceability of that
provision in any other jurisdiction is not affected. This clause has no effect if the severance alters the
basic nature of these terms and conditions or is contrary to public policy.
(j) You agree that your rights and obligations under this Promotion will be construed, take effect in
accordance with and be governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, and you expressly
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Queensland, Australia and of all courts competent
to hear appeals from them.

(a) the Promoter is the party collecting the information in this form. You can contact us at

(b) the Promoter may use the details it collects from you, including any email address you give to us in
relation to your participation in the Promotion:
(1) for your entry into the Promotion;
(2) for any promotional and publicity purposes; and
(3) unless you notify us otherwise, to send you information and direct marketing communications
about our products, services, events, offers or any other activities (including third party products,
services, offers and events) which we consider may be of interest to you, and any other purpose
described in our Privacy Policy;
(c) some of the information we ask you to provide may be identified as mandatory or voluntary. If you do
not comply with the conditions contained in the ‘How to enter’ section of the Promotion Details Table
or the information you provide is incorrect or incomplete then:
(1) we may not be able to accept your Promotion entry, your entry may be disqualified, you will not be
able to enter the Promotion, or we may be unable to deliver your prize if you are a winner; and
(2) we will be unable to send you direct marketing communications (unless you have consented to
such communications through other dealings with us);
(d) we may disclose the information provided by you in relation to this Promotion under this form to third
parties that are related to, or affiliated with, the Promoter, such as any organisation as expressly
covered in our Privacy Policy;
(e) unless you notify us otherwise, we may also disclose the information provided by you in relation to this
Promotion to members of the Promoter and prize sponsors, so that they may send you direct marketing
communications about products, services, events, offers or any other activities (including third party
products, services, offers and events) which they consider may be of interest to you;
(f) the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (detailed above) also sets out the process as to how you can access and
