To celebrate, Mackay wants to hear from you — what are your favourite things to do around the region? From iconic hotspots to hidden gems, share the places on your socials that make Mackay special.

PRIZE

1st – Four VIP Experience Tickets to the Exhibition, Disney Exhibition merchandise pack, $350 Caneland Central Gift Card

2nd – Two VIP Experience Tickets to the Exhibition, $100 Caneland Central Gift Card

3rd – Two General Admission Tickets to the Exhibition, $50 Caneland Central Gift Card

· Winner announced 1st September 2026 – based on whichever has the most public votes by 4pm 31st August 2026.

Here’s how to enter:

1.  Snap a photo with your magic Mackay moment (can be anything from cafe to beach, 4WD track to picnic location).

2. Post with #MagicMeetsMackay on FB, IG or TikTok

3.  Upload your entry to www.mackay.qld.gov.au/magic-meets-mackay

The photo will go into the live competition platform gallery, where once closed, it will go to a People’s Choice vote for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
