Promoter: The Promoter of the PC Case Gear | Forza Horizon 6 - WIN A GAMING PC (the "Competition") is pccasegear.com.
Eligibility: The Competition is only open to those who enter via the official Gleam competition widget or page. The
Competition is open worldwide, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of pccasegear.com (the "Promoter"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Agreement to Rules: By entering the Competition, the entrant ("You") agrees to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Promoter, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Promoter's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign.
Entry Period: The Competition begins on 14 August, 2026 at 05:00 PM AEST and ends on 27 August, 2026 at 11:59 PM AEST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: The Competition must be entered by submitting an entry via the official Gleam competition widget or page. As part of the entry, You must answer the promotional question provided on the form in 25 words or less, and pass any verification requirements (email or fraud score) set by the Promoter. The entry must fulfil all requirements of the Competition, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete, exceed the word count, or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Competition may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Promoter. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
Prizes: One (1) Winner will receive a PCCG - Forza Gaming PC valued at approximately $7,000 AUD. Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at the time of the prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Promoter. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Promoter's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Winner Selection and Notification: This Competition is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the Winner. All valid entries will be put to a blind vote and individually judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The Winner will be selected based on the judging criteria of creativity and relevance to the question. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Winner will be notified within seven (7) days of the judging. The Promoter shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and the judges will select an alternate Winner based on the same criteria.
Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering this content, You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. You understand and agree that the Promoter shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, without limitation, your entry (including your 25-word written response), name, and likeness for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
Terms and Conditions: The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Promoter’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Competition.
Limitation of Liability: By entering the Competition you agree to release and hold harmless pccasegear.com and its affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, employees, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the Competition and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Australian Consumer Law guarantees are not excluded by these terms.
Disputes: This Competition is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, exclusively before a court located in Victoria, Australia having jurisdiction.
