       1.  Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the Conditions of Entry.
       2. Entry is free and open to all residents of Australia, 18 years and over, with a current Civic Video membership ("Members"). Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, participating outlets, associated companies and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. The promoter is Civic Video Pty Ltd (67 003 851 152) 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria NSW 2015.
       3. The competition commences 11th August 2010 and ends 13th September 2010 at 4pm. The winners will be drawn at Civic Video Pty Ltd 110 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015 on 27th September 2010 at 4pm.
       4. Limit one entry per rental or purchase transaction of "Clash Of The Titans".  Entry MUST be on original entry form provided by store or via official competition page on the Civic Video website. Proof of purchase must be presented to claim prize if winner declares purchase as validation for entry.
       5. To enter customers must rent or buy "Clash Of The Titans" during the promotion period (11th August 2010 and 13th September 2010) at Civic Video Pty Ltd., complete the entry form at the counter and place it in the draw or enter online at www.civicvideo.com.au.
       6. The first valid entry drawn will win A trip for 2 to Greece (Mt Olympus), including economy return flights for 2 from winners' nearest capital city to Greece, return airport/hotel transfers, 5 nights' accommodation at a 4 star hotel with breakfast included. All transfers, events, tours, guides and entrance fees included, travel insurance and $1,000 spending money. All valued at up to $10000.
       7. Travel terms and conditions: Dates of travel May/June 2011. Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable. Hotel accommodation is based on 2 people sharing 1 room. At least one person travelling must be over 18. Winners are responsible for passports and visas if applicable. Winner should have a reasonable level of fitness for the climb on Mount Olympus. Hotels will require a credit card to cover incidentals - telephones, room service etc.
       8. Total prize pool is valued at up to $10000.
       9. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained as a result of the prize.
      10. Winner(s) will be notified by mail and The Australian newspaper on 11th October 2010.
      11. Unclaimed prizes will be drawn on 3rd January 2011 at Civic Video Pty Ltd, 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria at 4pm. Winner(s) from unclaimed prize drawn will be notified by mail and The Australian newspaper on 17th January 2011.
      12. Normal membership conditions apply.
      13. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding to any person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
      14. The promoter may use the entrants' names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
      15. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding the prize.  Identification considered suitable for verification will be at the discretion of the Promoter.
