Donate your old mobile phone, fill in the donation & competition entry form at any Westfield QLD Concierge desk for your chance to win a $500 Westfield Gift Card.
1. Instructions on 'how to enter' and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1. Entry is open to QLD residents over the age of 18 who donate their old mobile phone, fill in the donation & competition entry form.
2.2. Westfield employees, retailers, tenants, of Westfield Carindale and the competition partners / sponsors, their immediate families and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. HOW TO ENTER?
3.1. The promotion commences from 9am AEST Saturday 20 July 2010 and entries close 5.00pm AEST Tuesday 31 August 2010.
3.2. To go in the draw to win you must donate your old mobile phone, fill in the donation & competition entry form at any Westfield QLD Concierge desk for your chance to win a $500 Westfield Gift Card. For every phone that is donated by a singular person, they will receive an extra entry into the draw.
4. PRIZE DRAW:
4.1. This is a game of chance and entries will be drawn at Westfield Carindale Centre Management at 12noon AEST Friday 3 September 2010.
4.2 There will be one major prize draw to select one winner.
5. NOTIFICATION:
Winner will be notified by phone or email. The winner’s details will also be published on the Westfield Carindale website www.westfield.com.au/carindale by 10 September 2010.
6. PRIZE DETAILS:
6.1. The Major Prize Draw consists of:
1 x $500 Westfield Gift Card.

Endeavour Foundation makes a difference to the lives of more than 3,400 people with a disability throughout Queensland and western Sydney.

We were established in 1951 by Mums and Dads of children with an intellectual disability. After the Queensland Education department said "these backward children cannot be educated" the Mum's set up their own school on a veranda in suburban Brisbane.

Today, we exist to provide opportunities to all people with a disability of all ages in order to increase their participation in every aspect of society and are the largest employer of people with a disability in Australia.

Take Action
Donate: You can donate in a variety of ways such as workplace giving, sponsoring a Latch-On student, host a clothing donation party or donating to the Endowment Challenge fund.
