www.gold1043.com.auand tell us in 25 words or less their ‘Disaster Dad’ story. Grubby & Dee Dee will read entries on air from Monday 23rd august. At the end of the campaign GOLD104.3 will judge the entries and award the one they deem the best the major prize of a New Zealand Food & Wine Cruise for 2 departing Melbourne on February 24th 2011 including cruise cabin, all meals, entertainment, shore excursions as specified in the itinerary and port taxes, and $300 cash to cover compulsory travel insurance.
Terms and Conditions

The Promoter is Australian Radio Network (GOLD104.3) ABN 32 067 769 466, Level 2, 21-31 Goodwood Street, Richmond, 3121.

The Radio Station is GOLD104.3FM.

Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions. Any general competition rules or terms and conditions of the Radio Station do not apply to this Promotion.

Any entry which does not comply with these terms and conditions is invalid.

Entry is open to residents of Victoria. Employees of the Promoter or its associated companies, employees of any agencies, affiliates, sponsors, sub-sponsors or representatives of the Promoter and the immediate families of any such employees are not eligible to enter. Any person who has won a prize valued at $1,000 or more from the Promoter, or the Radio Station, in any promotion within the past six months, is ineligible to enter.

The Promotion commences Friday 20th August 2010 and concludes Friday 3rd September 2010. (“Promotional Period”).

Participants will are not limited in the attempts at entry, however any form of automated entry using any other devices or software (not previously specified) is invalid. 10.

Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter has the right to use any materials generated in connection with the Promotion in any medium and in any manner it sees fit.

A 13 night/14 day New Zealand Food & Wine Cruise for 2 departing Melbourne on February 24th 2011 including cruise cabin, all meals, entertainment, shore excursions as specified in the itinerary and port taxes, and $300 cash to cover compulsory travel insurance.

The prize has no cash value and is not refundable for cash.
17.
Prizes are not transferable. Prize values are correct at the time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
18.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss or damage, or personal injury suffered during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
19.
A winner may be required to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity in favour of the Promoter in respect of a prize, in the form determined by the Promoter.

All entries become the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which can be viewed at the website of the Radio Station at

If a winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian on their behalf.

All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prizeswill only be delivered in Australia and winners should allow 28 days from prize draw for delivery of their prize.

Subject to the approval required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, if any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure it in Australia, the Promoter may substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.

If the Promotion is not able to be run as planned, whether caused by computer virus, line drop-out or congestion, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
