BRITA– So Cool and So Green Facebook Competition Full Terms and Conditions
This competition (“Competition”) is conducted by TMTE Group Australia Pty Ltd, Level 11, 100 William Street, East Sydney NSW 2011 - ABN 25 099 727 116 on behalf of Brita Water Filter Systems Distributors Pty Ltd, 6/22 Narabang Way, Belrose NSW 2085 Australia - ABN 33 058 740 757 Telephone: Customer Careline: 1300 55 77 62 (“the Promoter”).
Entry to the competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these conditions.
HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible to enter, individuals must visit the following website URL
http://www.winwithbrita.com.au and enter the competition draw by correctly guessing the number of bottles that are in the Electrolux Eco Friendly Fridge of the week. They also must enter their details including their first name, last name, contact number, email, street address, suburb, city, postcode and basic questions. The competition opens at 09:00 hrs on 18/08/10 and closes at 23:59 hrs on 28/09/10 (“Entry Period”). All times and dates are times and dates in Australian Eastern Standard Time.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The promotion is open to anyone, except employees and immediate families of BRITA Water Filter Systems Distributors Pty Ltd and their associated companies and agents.
2. Participants may enter the competition each day providing that each entry is unique.
3. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash
4. The promotion commences at 09:00hrs (AEST) on 18/08/10 and closes at 23:59hrs (AEST) on 28/09/10. The competition winners are judged daily at 09:00hrs throughout the competition period
5. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
6. All answers will be judged based on creativity and originality. The entry deemed as the best by the judges each day will win the major prize.
7. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The judges reserve the right to disqualify entries, should the content violate the terms and conditions (e.g. offensive content)
9. The winners will be contacted by phone, email or Facebook.
10. Supplying your valid contact details are part of the conditions of entry to this promotion. All contact details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid.
11. Total Prize Pool value = $2274.70. Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prizes:
Daily Major Prize Pack: 1 x BRITA Marella Cool Filter Jug, 1 x BRITA "Fill&Go" Filter Sport Bottle, and 1 x BRITA "mygreenbottle" (RRP of $52.90). 1 Daily Major Prize Pack will be won each day. 43 Daily Major Prizes will be won over the course of the competition. Allow 30 days for delivery of the Prize Pack.
12. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.
13. By entering the competition and submitting content you authorise that it is your own content and that you are permitted to distribute such content.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to at any time delete any content that in sole judgment violates the terms & conditions or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person.
15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, subject to any written directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation.
