The Great Australian Business Survey reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Only one completed survey per person per domain is permitted.
Promotion commences 01/07/10. Entries close 11:59pm EST on 31/12/10. Draws will take place on 07/01/11 at Level 3, 4-16 Yurong Street, East Sydney NSW 2010 at 3pm EST. Winners will be notified by mail, email and telephone and the names of winners of prizes valued at over $100 will be published in The Australian on 14/01/11. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first valid entry drawn will win their choice of $30,000 cash (AUD), or $30,000 off their mortgage, or a car valued up to $30,000 (including all all-road costs), or $30,000 worth of travel (including all applicable taxes and booking fees)
Total prize value is $ 30,000.
Any costs in excess of the value of the prize (including GST) and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The Great Australian Business Survey shall not be liable for a prize that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of the prize is subject to the terms and conditions specified on any prize literature.
The Great Australian Business Survey may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary at 3pm on 08/04/11 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date. Winners will be notified by mail, email and telephone and the names of winners of prizes valued at over $100 will be published in The Australian on 22/04/11. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
