TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This competition (Competition) is governed by and subject to the following Terms and
Conditions.
2. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry.
3. Participation in this Competition constitutes an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. This Competition is open to all Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Black Crown Signature Club
Members (Members) and all non-Members who join Crown Signature Club during the
Competition Period.

DRAW 1)   The Competition commences at 6.00am on Thursday 2 September 2010 and concludes at
9:00pm on Thursday 2 September 2010 (Competition Period).
DRAW 2)   The Competition commences at 6.00am on Thursday 9 September 2010 and concludes at
9:00pm on Thursday 9 September 2010 (Competition Period).
DRAW 3)   The Competition commences at 6.00am on Thursday 16 September 2010 and concludes at
9:00pm on Thursday 16 September 2010 (Competition Period).
DRAW 4)   The Competition commences at 6.00am on Thursday 23 September 2010 and concludes at
9:00pm on Thursday 23 September 2010 (Competition Period).

6. The Competition comprises of a Major Prize Draw.

TO ENTER
7. All Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Black Crown Signature Club Members will receive one (1)
entry form via any VIK into the Major Prize Draw when they visit a VIK during the Competition
Period.
8. All non-Members who join Crown Signature Club during the Competition Period will receive one
(1) bonus entry form into the Major Prize Draw when they sign up to become a Member at any
Crown Signature Club Information Desk. After becoming a Member, they are then also eligible
to receive one (1) entry form via any VIK into the Major Prize Draw during the Competition
Period as outlined in point 7.
9. Last entries will be accepted into the barrel for the Major Prize Draw at 9:00pm on Thursday 2, 9, 16, 23
September 2010.
10. Further copies of these Terms and Conditions and the Crown Signature Club Rules will be
available at any Crown Signature Club Information Desk.

MAJOR PRIZE DRAW
11. During the Competition Period, there will be one (1) Major Prize Draw at 9.00pm on Thursday
2 September 2010 where two (2) entrants will be selected from the Competition barrel and
given the opportunity to participate. The Major Prize Draw will take place at Sportsbook, Main
Gaming Floor, Crown Casino, 8 Whiteman St, Southbank, 3006.
12. The selected entrants must be present at the time of the draw to claim their opportunity to win
a prize. The selected entrants will be announced over Crown’s in-venue PA system and each
entrant will have two (2) minutes to present themself with supporting identification to Crown
Signature Club Staff to claim their opportunity to win a prize. Should an entrant not be
present at the time of the draw or fail to claim their opportunity to win a prize in the time
provided, they shall forfeit their opportunity to participate in the Competition and a redraw will
be held.
13. The first entrant drawn will be asked to choose one (1) of two (2) Football Shaped Cards. The
second entrant drawn will automatically be assigned the remaining card.
14. Inside each card is the word “CAR” or “$2,500”. The entrant who draws the “CAR” will win the
Toyota. The entrant with the “$2,500” will win $2,500 cash.
15. No other method of entry will be accepted, other than which has already been stated.

16. The Major Prizes:
i. First Prize:
Toyota Aurion Sportivo ZR6 2010 model sedan inclusive of 3.5L automatic transmission,
Stamp Duty and on road costs including compulsory third party insurance but does not
include comprehensive insurance, valued at $40,000.
Total value of first prize: $40,000.
ii. Second Prize:
$2,500 cash.
Total value of second prize: $2,500

17. The total Prize pool of the Competition is $42,500. ( for all 4 DRAWs = $170,000)

PLEASE NOTE
18. Prizes are not negotiable or transferable and are not redeemable for cash. And non cash prizes
are not redeemable for cash.
19. For the purpose of this Competition a ‘Day’ is defined as a 24 hour period commencing at
6.00am and ending at 6.00am on the following day. A ‘visit’ is defined as a visit to the Crown
Entertainment Complex during a Day.
20. Crown Signature Club Members participating in this Competition are bound by the Crown
Signature Club Rules.
21. In the event that a draw cannot be conducted at the specified time due to unforeseen
circumstances outside Crown’s reasonable control, the affected draw will take place as soon as
practicable after the delay has been resolved.
22. Subject to clause 23, entrants’ personal information obtained in relation to this Competition is
for the sole use of identifying the winners of the Competition and will not be disclosed to any
other organisations. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to the Victorian
Commission for Gambling Regulation and the winners’ names published as required under
relevant lottery legislation.
23. Crown reserves the right and licence to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image
and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising Crown and the Crown Entertainment
Complex.
24. Subject to law, Crown (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any
person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection
with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes).
25. Crown reserves the right to cancel this Competition at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen
circumstances outside Crown’s reasonable control) but only after consultation with and approval by
the Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation.
26. This Competition is only open to Crown Signature Club Members and non-Members alike aged 18
years and over.
27. Employees of Crown and the Burswood Group of companies are not permitted to enter this
Competition.
28. This Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the casino pursuant to the provisions of the
Casino Control Act or who are otherwise excluded, including persons who have had their licence to
be on the premises withdrawn.
29. The Major Draw prize winners will be notified by telephone and in writing. Details for the Major
Draw prize winners will be published in the Herald Sun on Friday 1 October 2010.
30. Crown’s decision in connection with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on
every entrant.
31. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification of any
entrant. Disqualification will be at Crown’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be
entered into.
32. Crown practises the responsible service of gaming.
