•Information on ‘how to enter’ and prizes form part of the conditions of entry.
•Enter as many times as you wish but each written entry must be on an original entry form.
•Entry is open to all residents of Australia who are over 18 years of age, who are not current employees or immediate family members of APN News & Media and subsidiaries or who are not current employees or immediate family members of SodaStream.
•A completed entry comprise of  a completed original SodaStream entry form and enclosed in an envelope with the entrants Name, Address and Daytime Phone Number clearly written in the space provided.
•Entry forms will be printed in the Daily Mercury 31/08/10 and 7/09/10.
•Completed entries are to be addressed to “SodaStream” Promotion and can be posted to PO Box 5813, MMC Qld 4740 or delivered to the Daily Mercury, 38-40 Wellington Street, Mackay.
•Completed entries must be received no later than 2pm, 16/09/2010 with winning entries drawn at the offices of the Daily Mercury at 3pm, 16/09/2010 and winners announced in the Public Notices of the Daily Mercury on 17/09/2010.
•The prizes consist of :
Major Prizes – 1 x SodaStream machine & selected SodaStream syrups.  Total Prize value is $120.
•The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each persons who enters.  No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail.
•Winners will be notified by phone after each prize draw.  If a winner is unable to be contacted or respond within one week of the draw, the prize draw will reoccur for any unclaimed prizes.
•The prize can not be redeemed for cash.
•All entries become the property of APN News and Media and may be used for marketing purposes. This information is being collected by APN Newspapers Pty Ltd to include in this competition and to assist us in improving our products and services.
