Schick® Quattro for Women® TrimStyle™ is giving you a unique opportunity to participate in a once-in-a-lifetime experience – simply by having the confidence to express yourself.

We're looking for 5 Australian women of all shapes and sizes to feature in our next advertising campaign in a series of tasteful and stylish photographs, to be shot by New York based Daniela Federici, one of the world's top fashion photographers. Daniela has shot a raft of famous celebrities including Salma Hayek, Elizabeth Hurley, Heidi Klum, Halle Berry and Catherine Zeta Jones, to name a few. In addition to the photographs, the exciting journey of the selected women will be filmed by Daniela and will form the basis of a documentary that will appear online and across social media. You'll also feature in our exclusive magazine advertorials.

How to Enter

To enter, individuals will be directed through to the promotional entry page, hosted on www.schick.com.au website.

They are then required to input the requested information, including their personal details, occupation and age and an answer to the promotional question “How have you previously displayed your inner confidence?” (in 25 words or less). Individuals must then upload a current photograph of themselves (taken in the last 6 – 12 months), showing them from the waist up, and submit the fully completed entry form during the promotional period.

Uploaded photograph files must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, Gif format and must not exceed 2MB file size.

Terms & Conditions
1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Individuals who are directly associated with or involved in promoting a competitor brand or company and individuals who have been directly associated with or involved in promoting a competitor brand or company in the past are not eligible to enter this promotion.
3.Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence and the photo submitted) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5.Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
6.Only one entry permitted per person.
7.If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
8.Promotion commences on 30/08/10. Entries close 3:00pm AEST on 10/09/10.
9.This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. The Promoter will judge all entries and the best five (5) valid entries (based on the literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the promotional question and the ‘natural’ inner confidence displayed by the entrant in the photo provided) will be deemed the winners.
10.The Promoter may select additional reserve entries which it determines to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
11.Winners will be notified by email or phone and published on the Promoter’s Facebook page.
12.The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Winners

13.Once the winners are announced, each winner will be provided with a HD handy-cam (which they get to keep). Each winner will be required to record at least 30 minutes of footage using the HD handy-cam, to create a short video diary reflecting their everyday life.
14.Each winner will then have the opportunity to travel to Sydney to take part in a photo shoot and a video for the Schick® Quattro for Women® TrimStyle™ Inner Confidence campaign. The photographer working on the photo shoot will be Daniela Federici and the videographer working on the video will be Anthony Rose. The Schick® Quattro for Women® TrimStyle™ Inner Confidence campaign will be produced by Guy Venables from Look Productions.

Each winner will receive five (5) nights accommodation at a 4-5 Star Hotel (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion) in Sydney, breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and selected transfers.

Any winners that are not from New South Wales will receive return economy airfares from their nearest capital city to Sydney, New South Wales and return transfers from the Sydney airport to the accommodation venue. If a winner is from New South Wales, they will not receive airfares, however, the Promoter will organise transfers from their place of residence to the accommodation venue.

Spending money, additional means, insurance, transport to and from departure point, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included and are the responsibility of the winners.

Each winner must be available to travel to Sydney between 22/09/10 and 28/09/10 (the exact dates will be confirmed by the Promoter closer to this time, subject to booking and flight availability) to take part in the Schick® Quattro for Women® TrimStyle™ Inner Confidence campaign.

During their time in Sydney, each winner will be filmed, photographed and interviewed by the Promoter (or a representative of the Promoter), to create material for the Schick® Quattro for Women® TrimStyle™ Inner Confidence campaign.

The material created during the Schick® Quattro for Women® TrimStyle™ Inner Confidence campaign will appear in a range of media, as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to online, in social media, print advertising and/or on television.

Each winner will also be required to take part in social media conversations on a range of different websites (such as Facebook) and also take part in blog discussions on the Promoter’s allocated website(s), discussing their experience during the Schick® Quattro for Women® TrimStyle™ Inner Confidence campaign, including their personal feeling of transformation from before the photo shoot to after the photo shoot.

Winners may also be required to attend a number of PR events and activities while in Sydney, as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

15.If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
16.If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
17.Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
General Conditions

18.All entrants agree to assign all of their rights, title and interest (including copyright) in any materials submitted in conjunction with this Promotion (including any social media commentary, blogging, interviews, online comments, recordings and images and the video diary created by the winner during their participation in the Schick® Quattro for Women® TrimStyle™ Inner Confidence campaign) (“Content”), to the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to then use this Content on a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide and irrevocable basis and may reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such Content for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. Entrants agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use and warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights.

All entrants agree that they are fully responsible for the Content they submit. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law. The Promoter may remove any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever. Entrants warrant and agree that: (a) they will not submit any Content that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that the Promoter may deem in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, or otherwise unsuitable for publication; (b) they will obtain prior consent from any person or property that appears in their Content; (c) they will obtain full prior consent from any person who has jointly created or has any rights in the Content, to the uses and terms herein; (d) their Content shall not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity; and (e) they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others' computer or communication systems.

Without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant indemnifies the Promoter for any breach of the above terms.

19.The winners consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
20.If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
21.Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
22.Winners acknowledge that their participation in this promotion does not give rise to an employee/employer relationship with the Promoter.
23.Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the scheduled photo shoot dates are rescheduled; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) taking of or participating in the prize.
24.The winners must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form and/or a talent release form, setting out the winner’s obligations with respect to participating in photographic sessions, video recording sessions, media interviews and other media-related marketing, advertising, promotional and publicity activities (as required by the Promoter). The prize will be awarded in full and final satisfaction of the winner’s participation in all marketing/advertising/promotional/publicity activities relating to the Schick® Quattro for Women® TrimStyle™ Inner Confidence campaign, and no further payments will be made.
25.The Promoter will determine, in its absolute discretion, the nature and level of involvement and media exposure for all marketing/advertising/promotional/publicity activities. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate.
26.The winners acknowledge that all rights, title and interest in all photographs and video taken by the Promoter (or a representative of the Promoter) and any other material created by the Promoter in relation to the Schick® Quattro for Women® TrimStyle™ Inner Confidence campaign will vest in the Promoter. Winners will not be paid for their appearance in any photographs or videos taken (or any other material created) as part of the Schick® Quattro for Women® TrimStyle™ Inner Confidence campaign.
27.The winners also acknowledge that the Promoter will have the final determination on which photographs/video footage will be used and published as part of the Schick® Quattro for Women® TrimStyle™ Inner Confidence campaign and will have absolute creative and editorial control over all photographs/video footage and other material created. The winners also agree that they will conduct themselves, both during production and with any events/conversation/promotions associated with the Schick® Quattro for Women® TrimStyle™ Inner Confidence campaign, in a respectable manner. The Promoter reserves the right not to use any of the photographs/video footage or any other material created during the Schick® Quattro for Women® TrimStyle™ Inner Confidence campaign.
28.The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
