Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. There will be 8 weekly prize draws as part of the Promotion. By entering the Promotion participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia who are members of the SunRice Recipe Club. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families and the affiliated companies and agencies and their respective employees are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter refers to Ricegrowers Ltd T/A SunRice of Level 2, 66 Clarence Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, ABN 55 007 481 156.
4. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other special, discount or promotion offer unless indicated otherwise.
5. The Promotion commences at 12.01am AEDST on 01/09/10 and finishes at 11.59pm AEDST on 31/10/10 (Promotional Period). There will be 8 weekly draws in total conducted over the Promotional Period with one prize winner drawn each week. All valid entries which are not the winning entry in a given week are automatically entered into all of the remaining weekly draws. Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will be deemed invalid and ineligible to enter the Promotion. No extensions will be given under any circumstances.

6. To enter the Promotion, log on to
http://www.recipeclub.com.au and redeem your Foodie Points during the Promotional Period. The redemption of one Foodie Point gets you one entry into the Promotion. You must be a member of the SunRice Recipe Club to redeem your Foodie Points and enter this Promotion. Members can enter as many times as they like using their Foodie Points. To join the SunRice Recipe Club, simply go to
http://recipeclub.com.au/join and enter your details. (Foodie Points have no dollar value and can only be redeemed for samples and promotions run at the Recipe Club site).
7. The first valid entry drawn each week will win a $500 AUD QANTAS voucher. Maximum prize value = $500AUD (excl. GST). Redeemable for one-way or return Qantas domestic flights or international Qantas flights departing Australia only (excludes multi-city bookings). Must be wholly redeemed in one transaction for adult base fares (excludes surcharges, fees and taxes) of equal or higher value to the voucher amount. Surcharges, fees and taxes apply to all fares paid with a voucher and must be paid by credit card at the time of redemption. Amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD). The QANTAS voucher can only be used for bookings within 12 months of the voucher issue date. Non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods or services. Where a winner intends to use one voucher to purchase tickets for multiple persons, all of those tickets must be purchased at the same time and all of the persons must fly together. The Qantas Conditions of Carriage and relevant Fare Conditions apply to all bookings made with a voucher. These conditions can be found at
http://www.qantas.com.au. Vouchers may be redeemed at qantas.com/giftvouchers or through Qantas Telephone Sales. A service fee applies to redemptions through Qantas Telephone Sales.
8. Total prize pool is $4,000 AUD.
9. The weekly prize draws will take place at the date and time specified at clause 5 above at Level 3, 554 Church Street, Richmond, VIC, 3121. All valid entries received by the Promoter within the Promotional Period will be entered into the weekly prize draw. Prize winners will be notified in writing by email within 2 working days of the draw and their name published in The Australian on 05/11/10.
10. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter's decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
11. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.
12. Prize values are correct at time of printing and no responsibility is accepted for changes in flight values.
13. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability, which law cannot exclude.
14. All entries become the property of the Promoter and its partners. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the Promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this Promotion. By entering this Promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or remove their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter's privacy policy by contacting the Promoter on (02) 9268 2000 during office hours.
15. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent/guardian on their behalf.
17. The Promoter may conduct further draws at the same place as the original prize draws on 01/02/11 (being at least 3 months after the date of the last draw) to distribute any prizes which remain unclaimed by that date. All entries received in the original 8 draws will be entered in this unclaimed prize draw. The prize winners of such draw will be notified in writing by email within 2 working days of the draw and their name published in The Australian on 07/02/11. 18.
