Limit one entry per person.7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to
disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to multiple entries, or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Illegible or incomprehensible entries will also be disqualified.
8. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late entries.
9. All entries will be judged and selected at Lindt & SprĂĽngli, Level 7, 299 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on 14/9/2010 at 1.00pm AEST from all valid entries. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, literary and creative merit. Winners will be notified by phone and e-mail.

There are 5 x prizes to be won. The 5 x winning valid entries from all entries received will each win a Lindor Chocolate Hamper being a selection of Lindor products to the value of$100 (including GST). The total prize pool value is $500.00 (including GST). The prizes will be delivered to the winners home address (Allow 28 days for delivery). Any and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.11. The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize judging at the same place as the original judging on 1.00pm AEST 28/9/2010 to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject to any written directions given under Reg 37 Lottery & Gaming Regs 1993 (SA). The next valid entry judged will win the unclaimed prizes. If this is required, the winners name and postcode will be published in The Australian Newspaper on 11/10/2010.
12. The prize value is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at the time of printing, no responsibity is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. The prize value is in Australian dollars. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit, nor any tax, import tax, custom tax fees or GST implications that may arise from the prize winning. Independent financial advice should be sought.
14. By entering the competition the entrant acknowledges and releases the Promoter, its agents, officers and employees, from any and all legal claims and liability in connection with any death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, arising whatsoever (except any liability that can’t be excluded by law) from or connected with the Promotion and/or enjoyment of the prize. Before being eligible to collect the prize, the prize winner must provide to the Promoter proof of age. The proof must be presented by fax, email or post within 48 hours of request. Failure to provide such proof will immediately invalidate the prize winner’s entitlement to the prize, subject to state legislation.

If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from the various Lottery Departments.
16. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's email server. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer, telephone, or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of a communication or of any materials in this promotion.
17. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant.
18. All Entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the promotion, each Entrant consents that the Promoter may use and disclose the personal information supplied by them. The winner will be featured in promotion material and imagery to be used by the Promoter for promotional
purposes as well as any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid. Any personal information obtained by the Promoter will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cmth). The promoter may collect personal information about you in the course of our dealings with you. The information gathered may be used for future promotional, marketing, product development and publicity purposes.
