Jurlique Herbal Recovery Gel Competition

National Pharmacies together with Jurlique is offering members the opportunity to win one of five 100ml Herbal Recovery Gels with limited edition packaging valued at $155 each.

The competition will start on Monday 30th August and will go through until Sunday 26th September 2010.

Terms and conditions:
1. Entry into this draw is deemed acceptance of and agreement to these rules.
2. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of the conditions of entry.
3. Entry into this draw is open to National Pharmacies members, excluding employees and their immediate families of Friendly Society Medical Association Limited and their associated agencies and companies.
4. To enter, members must fill out an entry form online at www.nationalpharmacies.com.au by midnight Sunday 26th September 2010.
5. Entrants will be put into the draw and the competition will be drawn at the promoter’s premises, Level 1 52 Gawler Place Adelaide. Ten winners will be drawn.
6. The winners will be drawn randomly and notified by telephone on Monday 27th September 2010.
7. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
8. The promoter is Friendly Society Medical Association Limited ABN 69 088 347 602 of Level 1, 52 Gawler Place, Adelaide South Australia 5000.
9. All entries remain the property of the promoter.
10. Any change in the value of the prize occurring between publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
