Entry is open to residents of NSW, Victoria, Adelaide and Queensland, Australia. Entrants must be aged 18 and over. Employees or contractors of the Promoter or its associated companies, employees or contractors of any agencies, affiliates, sponsors, sub-sponsors or representatives of the Promoter and the immediate families of any such employees or contractors are not eligible to enter. Any person who has won one or more prizes valued individually or collectively at more than $100 from the Promoter or the Radio Stations in any promotion within the past 30 days is ineligible to enter.

Judging Details: The most original and creative entry received during the registration period, as judged by the Promoter, will receive a prize.
Prize Details: The major prize winner will receive a trip for 2 adults consisting of two (2)return airfares from the winner’s capital city to the prize destination, three (3) nights at the Quality Hotel Ivory Palms in Noosaville in a one bedroom apartment for two (2) adults. Accommodation includes a full cooked Breakfast each day and a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. Valued at $1,000, the prize will be valid for 12 months from date of issue. Dates are subject to availability.
The total value of all prizes on offer during the Promotion Period is a maximum of $1,000 including GST.
All elements of the prize are subject to availability, blackout periods including Christmas, Easter and School holidays, are non transferable and non exchangeable, must be used on any dates specified in these terms and conditions by the Promoter and/or the prize provider and are not redeemable for cash unless cash is specified.
All elements of the prize are also subject to the terms and conditions supplied by Choice Hotels as the accommodation provider and the airline providing flights.
ARN will not enter into any communication regarding accommodation arrangements for prize fulfilment with the winner. All incidentals and expenses associated with travel above what is strictly outlined in the prize (accommodation, breakfast and cash prize element).
No other costs will be included and all expenses (including, but not limited to, the costs of transport to and from the airport and the prize winner’s home or accommodation, meals, activities and other incidentals), other than those specifically referred to in Item 9: Prize Details, will be at each winner’s and (if applicable) their accompanying guest’s cost.
All travel insurance costs are the responsibility of the winner.
Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they like. Any form of automated entry using any other devices or software is invalid. The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and may disqualify any entrant.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for failure to receive any entry for any cause beyond its control.
Winners of a prize will be notified by telephone and also by email and mail.
The prize will be Prize winner must redeem their prize within 12 months.
Upon request by the Promoter a copy of these Terms and Conditions and/or a receipt and acknowledgement must be signed by a winner to indicate his or her acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter and Choice Hotels may use a winner’s name, suburb of residence, likeness, or a recording of their voice for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss or damage, or personal injury suffered during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
